This is the second time that we have used Colin Bethell at Pabla & Pabla for our conveyancing and it has been another smooth experience. His knowledge is excellent and he understands the process from all perspectives. He has a great rapport with the other side's conveyancing team and the agent which means all actions are completed on time and in full. We had two sales with very different buyers and agents and Colin really reassured that completion would happen on the agreed dates - which it did! The initial questionnaires were much simpler via the app this time, no lengthy forms to complete and return. Highly recommended.

( PATRICK FLYNN) Where can I start with my experience with Pabla and Pabla. I went through an atrocious accident a few years back which required extensive surgery and physio, aswell as some mental trauma as a result of my accident. I decided to use the services provided by P and P, specifically Mr Patrick Flynn. His services, professionalism, and skills as a solicitor where more than I could ask for. During a vulnerable time where you’re so preoccupied with getting better, the last thing you need is a solicitor who takes long to reply/ gives you the cold shoulder which creates further anxiety and stress, exacerbating your already fragile state. This is NOT the case with Patrick. He constantly gave me updates and replied very quickly given that he is a very busy solicitor. He has not only earned a life long customer, he also earned the title of being trustworthy which is a very rare thing. Thank you Patrick. You’re a reliable and competent solicitor who deserves recognition

The whole experience has been amazing especially Annie Khan , who was continuously in touch with me . She was providing me with regular progress update on the application .
