In May 2021 I had an accident in Rotherham which was not my fault. The accident occurred when I was hit by a Taxi driver who was travelling in the middle lane and hit me on the right side while I was in my lane (inside lane) heading towards meadowhall. He denied Fault and Blamed me. The Solicitors I were allocated by my insurance were not helpful at all they blamed me and said it was my Fault. I had proof of Lane marking and where they went. With Proof of 3rd party acknowledging where he was . 3rd party tried to say he was right and said " his dashcam fotage proved I was wrong" . The funniest thing happened when I viewed the Dashcam it was clear as day it was his fault and his own footage proved him wrong. After the original Solicitors refused to go ahead with my Claim. 3rd party insurance denied fault and blamed me. I was referred to S and Co. They viewed all the fotages and looked at the evidences I had provided. By Logic, the Highway Code and grace Of GOD my case was handled very very professionally with contact throughout. They were able to present my Case to the 3rd party insurance and they then acknowledged the evidence and I was right and their client was wrong. I do need a bit more time for recovery from the collision. But, I CAN'T thank you guys enough for the very Professional and Supportive Service from you guys. Thank you so much.
