I was recommended to use this firm to deal with the legal aspects of a house purchase I was going through. The first person I spoke to (Nomaan Shafiq) was the conveyancor I dealt with throughout the entire process. I have heard about some terrible experiences when it comes to house purchases in particular with the solicitor side of things but Nomaan was phenomenal from start to finish. From the get go, explained the entire process in a clear and concise manner including all costs and actions that were included, setting my expectations adequately. Any subsequent questions I had were answered promptly each and every time. Very honest of all possible outcomes, in particular the outcomes that may not go in my favour, which is very much the route I prefer and also helped me with issues I had with the buyer my first attempted purchase. I originally agreed the purchase of another property which I later had to pull out of due to misinformation provided by the seller, and Nomaan again assisted me through the entire process and had to pretty much start all over again once I had found a new property. With the help of the seller, Nomaan was able to get me the keys to the my house within 4 weeks thanks to him chasing down all relevant areas and kept me fully informed and up to date. He could have actually got me the keys a week sooner had it not been for the onward purchase!
