I was notified by the Home Office that I had filed the wrong Application for a Family Visa headed for permanent Right to Reside after Wating over 6 months for an answer. Even though I work for a solicitor's firm based in central London that offer immigration services by hourly rate (fees can quickly rack up in this model), I decided to go with TMC with this application instead because of their competitive pricing and extremely high success rate. They helped me submit my naturalisation application in Jan 21 (during lockdown) and my application was approved in May 21 despite current home office delays! I would like to say a big THANK YOU to TMC solicitors especially Asrar who dealt with my case. I wanted to put in a application for my partner to join me in the UK. However his case wasn't straight forward. My partner was here in the UK on a visitor visa he over stayed and went back to Pakistan in March 2019. I recall i went to 3 different solicitors one of which was a Birmingham based firm by the name of Quick Immigration Solutions this firm took a fee of £200 off me to start my case once paid i was told i would need to wait for a year before i could submit the case as he would have a ban on him for one year and won't be able to come back. I recollect this was such a stressful time for me, my health was deteriorating as i suffer with Multiple sclerosis. I then searched on google and came across TMC Solicitors. I called the firm the advisor Omar was very friendly and reassured me that i have nothing to worry about, I remember expressing my concern about the alleged ban that was imposed on my partner. I was advised that the ban would not effect my visa application. I therefore made a payment to TMC Solicitors and happily agreed for them to deal with my case. The firm was very time effective and everything was done under my instructions. My caseworker Asrar who was dealing with my case updated me step by step he also advised me and left it to me to make the decisions. I felt i was treated well with a lot of respect and was kept in the loop with making the appropriate decisions myself with the solicitors advice. After all there hard work, time and effort they submitted my case on 4th November 2019. I paid for the premium service and had a decision on Friday 30th November 2019. I recall i spoke to Asrar and told him about my concerns about the visa not going through. Again i was reassured by Asrar and was told he is already working on an appeal if my partner does not get his visa. My sister and my two daughters have been refused a Genuine Standard Family UK Visiting Visa from Nigeria on several occasions. I finally sought for help from TMC Solicitors and they go through the previous refusal applications and they helped me to prepared a professional and well-presented application. The Solicitors ensure every points raised by the Entry Visa Clearance in the previous refusals were properly addressed, to my greatest shock and surprised the Entry Visa Clearance erroneously refused the Applicant's application. It was apparent that the ECO did not consider our new evidence submitted with the application. It was so sad and ridiculous that the ECO said there will be no Administrative Review or Appeal for the Applicant's . Thank God for TMC Solicitors that encourage me to challenge the decision. The solicitors wrote a Pre-Action Protocol letter to the Home Office and challenge the unreasonable decision of the ECO, shortly after they submitted an application for Judicial Review. Whoa...TMC is so so good,professional and Understands the UK immigration laws to a very high standard. My sibling was given a 10years ban by the UK high commission in Nigeria for falling to declare all his previous passport owned.
