Sharon Grist is just “AMAZING” continually surpassing our expectations. Sharon has a unique support team providing excellent, timely, frequent, and informatively proactive updates, allowing us as a company to pass back the information to our clients. This has shortened our average lead time from a house being placed under offer to exchange of contracts. Sharon’s promise to us is that she may not be able to respond to any requests there and then but will do so by the end of each day and has never let us down. Feedback from our clients is extremely positive, a renewed confidence in the conveyancing procedure is the most common response. On first contact our clients are referred to Jane Kingston who initially provides all of our recommendations a competitive quotation, Jane with her extensive knowledge and noteworthy guidance is just another great asset to Sharon, her team and Franklins.

I have used Franklin's on two occasions. The first was when my Grandpa passed away unexpectedly young which meant that I was the executor of his will at only 21 years old. I instructed Franklin's to assist and not only were they very professional, they were very understanding of my situation. They uncovered much more about his estate than I ever could of on my own and wrapped the process up very quickly for me. The second time was very recently when it because clear that I needed to get a will in place quickly with a specific issue to be covered. Highly recommend them. They did the conveyancing of my First-time house buy. I found their service by online research for local solicitors with good reviews on Google Maps and Trustpilot. Pricing was competitive comparing to a quote I had from another well-ranked local service. They kept me informed throughout the process and provided the support I needed. I am a Computer Scientist and appreciate them using a modern Information System (secure portal), which I don't think would be the case for all the solicitors out there. You create an account in their secure portal and upload your documents there. I particularly liked their video overview of the conveyancing process, which I found useful as I was new to the process. When I had questions they provided easy to understand answers. When I needed to call them, there was always someone to answer my call. Overall I couldn't be happier for using their service and will certainly use them again and would recommend to anyone.
