I just wanted to share my experience so that people with similair situation to me can benefit from my expereince with Mr Latif. About 6 Months ago I paid a lot of money to solicitors from London and other places who told me I can't get ILR and there is no point in applying as I will get rejected and it will be a waste of money. I had DLR and needed 2 more renwals to get ILR. However, when I spoke to Mr Latif, he used his experience of odd cases and looked at my circumsatnces and he said I should be able to get ILR. We went through the proccess and applied for ILR. After 3 months I got ILR without waiting for another 5 years. Mr Latif is a professional person and knows exactly what to do. I would highly recommend him if you need any help or having issues with the home office. These cases are complicated in nature and carry a lot of risk to everyone's future so everyone's case is different and it depends on your personal circumstances. Brilliant and hassle free! We had problems with my visa application with Home Office for years until we finally decided to ask help and advice from solicitors. We tried one solicitor firm, but after advices we were given and conditions, it sounded more like they are working for HO than for us. And then I had a such an eye opening conversation with Mr Latif and we, without any further thinking went with them. My God, we didn't have a clue how simple application actually is and how easy is to get all relevant papers together until we had a meeting and conversation with Mr Latif.
