I had a personal injury claim which why I went to True solicitors, my claim handler at first was I believe called Sharan Singh who wasn’t very efficient and therefore claim was in a backlog for a while. She calculated wrong amount and added extra amount into the compensation which could’ve been against us should it have gone to court. Which was very careless of her. Luckily she left and it was transferred over to another member name Harriet Swain who has been very efficient and spontaneous with her communication with the third party. Since she took over my claim progressed pretty quick and finally I got my compensation after 11 months. She also made sure that we get the right amount of compensation. Overall I had fairly good experience with True Solicitors and would recommend in the future.
