It was by no means an easy time to move an elderly mother but due to Melissa's excellent care and understanding as well as her professionalism at all times we managed our move. I do not think this would have been achieved without Birketts as it was complex and well worth the cost compared to cheaper firms who did not appear in my experience to have the basic required skills on communication.
