Atif was very responsive and helpful in communicating the services they offer, the prices and also the timescale. We were able to make an appointment via email (which is brilliant when we were planning this 'out of hours'). The offices are very welcoming and not imposing. He was able to help us quickly, which was beneficial for this business task and we would recommend the company highly, if not only for the sheer ease of communication and transparency.

People are often intimidated at the thought of engaging a solicitor given the complexity of the British legal system so it's always nice to find somebody who explains things in a simple and concise way. Initial contact was by phone and email so I was fully prepared with all the documentation to hand at the appointment, it took about 20 minutes to go through all the paperwork with explanations for the points I was unsure about, that said I didn't feel pressurised or rushed in any way and I did ask questions. Would I use them again, yes, absolutely and I'd be happy to recommend them to others as well.

After getting involved in car incident that was extremely complex, my own insurer ignoring my claim! I was recommended by a good friend to contact AM LAW solicitors.
