Probably the best tenant eviction company I’ve ever used and I have used many including those that rely on “as seen on TV!” to get their business. Eviction Management Services are the real deal. They are a small but perfectly formed company that won’t take your money unless they know they can get your property back for you. Such integrity is rare in today’s day and age, as I found to my cost when I used a well recommended firm of solicitors recently who took my money to undertake possession proceedings despite incorrect notices being served. Luckily I had Eviction Management Services to discontinue the case so at least I did not end up paying my tenants costs as well as my own. Thank you Charles and all of your team at Eviction Management Services for being the people that you are !

If you need to evict a tenant as i had to recently, i highly recommend Eviction Management Services. The stress of the last eviction i had to deal with being fresh in my mind i decided to seek professional help this time. After talking to a number solicitors firms and other so called eviction experts i finally settled on Eviction Management. Charles is a softly spoken gentleman who was able to put me at ease and reassure me. He came across as honest and professional and explained the various potential outcomes in easy layman's terms so that i could understand what was going to happen. this tenant eviction company has been a life saver!. I had no choice but to move back into my property following my divorce, however having not set up the tenancy properly- ie no gas certificate, no epc, no how to rent booklet and on top of it i hadnt protected the deposit. I felt i was stuffed. The tenant was in rent arrears but stayed just under 2 months to avoid me being able to use ground 8. However, Charles suggested we use ground 1 and we could still add the arrears but on discretionary grounds and it worked a dream. I even got my arrears and court costs back as Charles knew a fantastic debt recovery firm and my tenant was a manager at a well know supermarket !. Recently had to evict a tenant of mine in Bulwell, Nottingham. The claim was thrown out of court the first time on a technicality so I had to start all over again. No rent for six months and counting and the judge knew all this but didn’t even have anything to say to the tenant who must have found it amusing to say the least !. On appointing eviction Management Services I immediately felt confident that I could stop worrying and leave the case in their hands. Possession was secured with judgement for the outstanding rent arrears, although given that the tenants don’t work I’ll probably never see the money again, at least I can get it relet.
