I was personally met in reception by the solicitor with whom I had my appointment. He was friendly and courteous, offering me the choice of either the lift or the stairs to reach the office. He chatted with me in a relaxed manner all the way. My appointment went in a very similar fashion. The solicitor was kind and softly-spoken, easy to understand and expedited the necessary work in a timely manner. To save my needing to return to collect paperwork, or to avoid the necessity to post it, I was taken to the in-house cafe, where I was able to have a cup of coffee, whilst I waited for the document preparation to be completed. This took only a short period of time, and everything was done to my satisfaction. Many thanks to the company!

Made contact with Nick from WAPS, what a reassuring bloke, Due to Covid we had a skype call for my wife and I to "meet" him and to go through our requirements. We had all sorts of notes written down and thought it would be a complicated process, but no. Nick asked poignant questions which enabled him to get our precise requirements and within 36 hours we had our draft wills ready for correction and or completion. We were tardy in our response due to work pressure, but his team kept in contact with us and skilfully herded us up to finalise our wills. This we did swiftly and efficiently at the WAPS office in Market Deeping and they witnessed them and signed them off. All for a very reasonable fee (we thought it would be much more). We are now covered, for the first time in our lives. Have and will continue to recommend this service as it really is seamless.

Nick Ash answered our plea of trying to get our wills rushed through when my husband got cancer, we had less than 2 weeks before he was being rushed in for surgery. Nick dropped everything to come and see us between hospital appointments and actually came out of normal working hours to make sure that we had everything in place. His supporting team were fantastic and were able to tweak wording for us when the first drafts came through. Nick also advised us of things we needed to consider that other services had not. He gave us a fixed quotation at the beginning which he kept to, and despite us not paying straight away (every time I called the office was closed initially) he had patience with us and gave us understanding whilst we dealt with our family crisis. My husband is now clear of cancer, and thankfully we haven't needed the wills, but it just goes to show.. you could need them at any time. We are both in our early 30's and didn't dream that we might need a will at our age!

The representative, recommended to me by my pensions advisor, visited me at home and had good knowledge of the executor and trustee services I required. There was absolutlely no hard-selling involved. He helped me set my modest affairs in order in a professional manner and the paperwork was surprisingly easy to to draw up. Copies of everything are now stored centrally and hard copies are with my executors and attorneys. Changes to my circumstances in the future can be easily accomodated. This proved significantly cheaper than going to a solicitor and I'd have no hesitation in recommending contacting this company.

Great service! Nick and Valeria were wonderful to work with, Nick explained how the will and trust worked and why the different clauses were suitable. Valeria did a wonderful job of chasing me up when checking the draft kept falling down my list of things to do! Now that it’s all signed off and the instructions safely in the hands of the trustees I feel much more relaxed about it knowing that if the worst happened then my little boy (and the husband) are looked after financially. Would definitely recommend - and have done already!
