D. T.In 2015 my son was falsely accused of rape, in August 2017 Barbara Webster represented him and got a unanimous not guilty verdict on all 3 charges. It was and still is my belief that the police only investigated one side of the case ‘the complainants’ they were only ever interested in a conviction and NOT the truth. If you are an innocent male being accused of rape, you need the right barrister, the right person behind you, believing in you and your family and fighting for you. Barbara Webster is that barrister. Look no further. My family have been through hell. Do not rely on the police. They do not have the resources to investigate your case properly. As a hard working family who once believed that the police would help you if you told the truth, we were not only very much mistaken we were treated as guilty from the time of arrest and ALL the way through. My son had never been in trouble with the police. They put dna evidence in the undisclosed and that led to the ‘complainant’ not being asked vital questions in court. My sons DNA was NOT present. 2 other males were! this was only given AFTER the complainant had been questioned and cross examined. We could have gone for a retrial but that’s more time and heartache. We decided against it and there were enough lies to get a not guilty verdict. But only because Barbara Webster understands the complexities of rape cases. You are in excellent hands with this firm and indeed Barbara. She cares about each case and understands the injustice you face. The despair you feel, the path you are on. The loneliness and isolation, the embarrassment. The shock. The ripples it causes. Don’t leave your life to chance. Get justice. You need Barbara Webster. She is eloquent, unassuming in a male dominated environment but do not underestimate her. She lets them win their little battles but you sure as hell will win the war with this lady. You need someone on your side and she is fierce and not to be underestimated as she knows her stuff. You are in very safe hands. I’m a mother who put my faith in her and stepped back. She looked after my son like he was her own. We are one very grateful family that the truth finally came out. But without Barbara and our own investigations he would be doing 9 years. Don’t leave it to chance. You can’t. Call fifteen.
