In the battle to avoid the Stamp Duty deadline, Nicholas Tyrer faced an uphill struggle to get my house sale/purchase over the line. This was a very difficult transaction, and extremely stressful for all parties involved; as the deal was being severely hampered by incompetence in the lower ranks of the chain. I have been dealing with JWR on behalf of my Mum and Dad for 10-15 years. They arranged Wills and Power of Attorney for each them some time ago, helped me with the sale of their property two years ago and most recently acted as Executor. Went to this solicitor as recommended by Estate agents as I was selling my mother's house. The solicitor, Mr Tyrer was very nice and explained everything, that needed to be achieved, for the sale to proceed. I do not live in the area where the house was being sold, so lots of emails and telephone calls were made. The receptionist was very nice and courteous as she took my calls. Hopefully within next few days, the house will be sold.
