B. M.My wife's sister had been made executrix of her mother's will. There are three sisters and the estate was supposed to be divided between them equally. However, my wife's sister was insulting and demeaning throughout the process. She eventually awarded her husband (not mentioned in the will) a significant share of the estate. My wife engaged Sarah Filsell, who carefully but firmly navigated her sister towards a correct and legally binding resolution. All of this was achieved with respect, in a timely manner and at minimal cost. Since we live in the United States it was also done remotely. We both found Sarah to be a very competent solicitor, not only at dealing with a contentious probate issue, but also with great sensitivity. .
