It took a long while because of the Covid-19 pandemic but the solicitor did not show any sign of frustration. He remains patient and confident. I have been a quite lucky person to meet and work with Mr. Rajinder Rathore on my immigration application. In 2018, he has helped me to obtain my British passport; I was challenged by Home Office on my British Citizenship application and he supported me to submit certain documents to resolve the issue. He has also helped me this year to receive my mother's visa (short-term family visit visa); in 2016 my mother's visa application was unsuccessful and since I was a student, I was not in a financial position to challenge the visa refusal. In past (before meeting with Mr. Rathore), I have discussed my mother’s situation with other solicitors in London, but they were not hopeful that my mother’s application would succeed in the court, also their cost was very unaffordable. However, I have tried again to apply for her visa in 2019 and our application was also unsuccessful. Mr. Rathore has highly recommended to challenge this visa refusal through the Judicial Review (as we did not have the Right of Appeal) and after several visa application refusals, this route was our only option. After one year of very challenging time in the Judicial Review process, our application was accepted in High Court and Home Office has finally granted my mother's visa. The time and effort which Mr. Rathore has put on this application was unbelievable and I am always thankful of his work. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his job and he has introduced highly professional barristers on this application. He remained very positive during the process and encouraged me to stay calm during very stressful moments, without his help I would never been able to obtain my mother's visa as the Judicial Review process is very challenging, time consuming and costly. The costs of the application and his barristers’ fees were very reasonable and minimal (compared to other solicitors) and since our application was successful in the High Court, I have received a full refund of everything which I spent throughout the application process. Mr. Rathore and his team has delivered a very outstanding work and I always recommend his work to my family members and friends. I must say that Mr. Rajinder Rathore and Mr. Dalvinder Pardesi of RP Sing Solicitors are not only amazing individuals, but able to accomplish feats within the Home Office that are amazing. Anyone who has ever been involved with immigration matters knows how difficult and emotionally draining they are. They can put an entire family under a huge amount of stress. You also know that your immigration adviser also becomes your counselor for all of the stress involved. You also know the difficulty that lies within the extreme amount of cost involved within immigration (mainly from the government standpoint). Without having an ally who knows and understands all matters immigration then you will feel alone and isolated. What Mr. Rathore (Raj) does is make you feel good about yourself and provide you not only the hope you need to carry on, but the hope you need to know that things 'will get better'. I first met Mr. Rathore and he was polite and a gentleman and handled our personal case with the utmost care. He was even able to react to deadlines with immediate effect. He took the emotions out of the process and allowed myself and my family to think clearly at every step of the way. He even guided us on the complex nature of our case and always made sure that all of our documentation was accurate and submitted correctly. It is a shame I can only give 5 stars because these angels deserve a hundred! For five years my wife and I were forced to be apart because of the ever changing laws of the UK Border Agency.
