If there was an option for more stars, I would be giving them all. Mr Mitchell Dibley and his secretary Nikita Fernandes from Bowers & Bailey, Swindon were absolutely brilliant. We instructed on 6th April and completed on 10th June (we got delayed a week because of the bank holidays for the Queen's Jubilee). I didn't need to chase them and they kept us updated every step of the way. The entire process was stress free and so quick. Highly recommended!!

Really positive experience compared to other firms I have used when buying a home. Sale/purchase completed really efficiently in 10 weeks, despite a long chain which experienced issues at the bottom in the run up to exchange (due to a cheapo call centre solicitor being used who didn't know what they were doing - don't do it, it's worth paying for a 'real' solicitor, even if it costs more). Michelle kept us informed every step of the way and was really responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely use them again in the future.
