Steve initially helped me revise my will 'on contemplation of marriage'. He has subsequently helped my partner and I to think through the stages of buying a house together as Tenants in Common. I am very pleased to say that we now have LPAs, mirror wills and a Declaration of Trust to reflect ownership in the property, all completed with Steve's help. At each step, Steve was admirably patient with us as we found every reason not to deal with these things that really do need dealing with! He is very good at explaining things and he also gave us just the right amount of written information to support our planning. We met in person and over zoom and he writes very good summary emails so we knew where we were throughout the process.
