We've used Gittins McDonald twice in the last 6 months, both for conveyancing, firstly the sale of a home and then the purchase of a new home. On both occassions our solicitor was Katrina, who was always prompt in any dealings. Latterly we dealt mainly with Cerys who was super helpful, very prompt and I barely ever had to chase for any updates. In most cases it was Cerys providing me with updates and chasing on the next step in the process. Are you sitting comfortably, then l will begin. Once upon a time l was selling my house. I was in a chain with 2 others. Sian and Racheal They both are extremely good at there job the house that I bought was extremely difficult to get through problems at every turn none caused by themselves but every time they got it sorted I’m not great with emails so I can honestly say Racheal answered the phone every single time and talked through the things I didn’t understand towards the end I would speak to Racheal twice a day but every time she picked up the phone even if there was nothing to tell me she would start early and Finnish late to help it be as stress free as possible I’ve dealt with plenty of solicitors over the years and found that getting someone on the end of the phone is next to impossible but Racheal is the opposite always answers they are a breath of fresh air if other solicitors were half as good as them house buying would become a lot let stress in the future I will always use Sian and Racheal best in the business
