I was sold the wrong battery for my car by the manufacturers approved parts and service centre and I've had nothing but problems with it. They insist it's the correct one even though I know it isn't, and even my auto electrician believes it's not sufficient capacity for my car. I was surprised (pleasantly) when using the Euro Car Parts online parts finder that the battery they say is for my car is the same spec and size as I believe it to require. I'm surprised because the approved centre uses the manufacturers database, they simply shouldn't get it so wrong! It's also a lot cheaper than the OEM battery. The 'brick' that the approved centre sold me is a lower spec than the one from ECP, yet it cost more. Also little known fact, OEM batteries are made by the same company as the ECP battery, so you're just paying for a label. Ordered and paid online then collected from St Machar branch an hour later. Received a confirmation email with my collection code. Despite being really busy and the fact that I was being grumpy with him (I was having a bad day, nothing to do with him or ECP) the guy behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Please pass on my apologies! My only suggestion is it might be beneficial to have a seperate collection counter. Even if they reduced collection hours to accommodate this it might be more efficent. Having already used the online parts finder, selected and paid for my part I wanted to collect and fit asap. However there was a queue and both guys behind the counter were busy helping customers find various parts. This can understandably take some time; the customer in front was there for over 10 minutes, while the other guy serving behind the counter had to step away to look at his customer's vehicle. Although it was Saturday so to be fair perhaps it's not usually as busy, but perhaps worth considering during their busiest hours. Not a deal breaker though and just a suggestion. I installed the battery when I got home and it fits like a glove and is starting and powering my vehicle no bother. I've checked it and it's charging fine too. I've done all the work on my car myself; everything from upgraded exhaust and remapping to all the bodywork and a full vinyl wrap, and so what I like most is the fact that I can search for parts and look at schematics myself on the ECP website, instead of going through the approved centre where I've got to rely on someone else accessing the system and then telling me over the phone what part I need.......yeah, just NO!

Visited the car part elves for myself and others to pick up bits that weren't as broken as the bits we had. The elves are usually fairly on the ball and have even entertained some odd requests...they came up with nowt but told tales of are far off land where the mystery part could be obtained. Two stars knocked off because the road to the castle of dreams was borrowed from Gaza. Parking is fairly poor too. Not really thier fault but still makes visiting a pain in the arse.

Visited he Aberdeen store, even tho it was busy I was served really quick and wasn't in there long. The staff are really polite and cheerful. Sean who served me was kind and really helpful with my questions. I would visit the store again

Never had an issue with their services. Always have products in stock, if not in a few days they will receive them. If you have a rare car, you might not be very lucky, but you can give it a try. I presume most garages are buying from them and then charge you extra, had one experience that confirmed that. Staff was helpful and if they don't have the stuff, they tell you straightaway or let you know what are your options. Try to buy online, is sometimes cheaper if you have received promotions or codes, but make sure the stuff that you buy fits your car or you know what you are buying.

Eurocarparts get a lot of stick sometimes, however the Aberdeen branch is top notch, really friendly sales office staff, nice drivers, and the chuckle brothers (Ross and Sean) on the front desk are Awesome.

It was ok, my son ordered a part online and I went in to pay for it n collect it. The staff were friendly enough but it did kinda remind me of a Argos for car parts, not that it was a bad thing. I paid for it and waited for someone to come from the back with the part, check my receipt n off I went.

I’m not happy with their services and price 1 click & collect services - we go to collect the order waiting ages to be ready . Not enough staff to handle the busy 2. When you order online ( most of the time ) parts are wrong event though our registration suggests the suitable parts for the car , sometimes purchasing from counter , same mistakes happen . This is not rare incident. Usual , I have seen lots of disappointed customers. 3. Price - they try to printed that they are cheap .advertising 50% , 40% discount code . Obviously, they increase the price sky high, when we apply discount code price are bit higher than normal price in the market. Current discount code is - frosty80- I have PEUGEOT partner - fuel filter (mann) list price £53.00 after discount £33 But normal price in the market £27 ,these days lots of discount. Can get it after discount for £22 Example is for one product, there are many more products like these .

Staff in euro car parts are stuff of legends. Can’t help you enough and I have NEVER had any order late or wrong. Prices are incredibly competitive. Only gripe I have is there never ending discounts and sales. Please get rid of that.

Decent place. Parts are usually cheaper than alternatives, you get what you pay for ( parts are slightly lacking but it's reflected in the price. They have not been able to supply me a singe Japanese or Korean part so I don't know why they advertise they stock it. Like most places, usually as expected service, sometimes their is a bad day.
