This place is THE ONLY place I go for car parts. I've tried other places but these guys are honest, down to earth and knowledgeable. They'll never sell you something you don't need and they've pretty much always got the parts you need. They're the cheapest I've seen in the UK and I can't recommend them enough.

Great prices for car parts wide range of products, and parts for your car they also deal with providing parts to most garages around the area too so you could go there and have a look before committing to anything. Not too expensive and down to earth staff there. Items in the shop are laid out nicely so easy to find things and if you want something in particular but can't find it just ask them and they are willing to help you out.

I experienced courtesy and help when trying to buy the correct wipers for my car, Mick even came outside to my car and tried 2 different lengths of wipers even tho there is a problem with my wipers not parking properly as they have a fault. national clutch kit 3 piece for ford puma, had to order in from some where else since not in stock only to find when unpacking few days later that the code on box correct when opened another box the pressure plate was for a FIAT :( and the friction plate :(( the only part was correct was the hydrolic thrst bearing. so it seems that some one want just a 2 piece, so they remove from 3 piece putting in another vehicle 2 piece clutch being a FIAT, who with a dumb mind do that ? dont tell me i should have check before hand since thats not the situation special when the box looked like it been opened thinking it may have been checked before customer making shaw it the right one. hope dave smith the managing director is in when i return goods and to saying could there staff double check when have to order in good if not in stock.. kind regards

Pretty good motorfactors, dealt with them for years but they are nowhere near as competitive as they used to be. The old hands there are great and quite knowledgeable but the youngsters come across pretty clueless and careless.
