We chose CR Windows due to their reputation, to add an equinox roof conservatory to our existing house, and WOW are we pleased, thoroughly delighted with the end result, you can see why this company outshines the rest. From the very start in Sales through to building, installation and aftercare, we cannot fault this company at all, they are truly the most friendliest, tidy and helpful company we have ever dealt with, nothing was too much trouble and the overall quality is exceptional. A 1st class service from start to finish. We highly recommend this company against all others and their reputation shows it. Well deserved.

On the two hottest days of this year, I had new windows installed by Tony & Lewis, who despite the weather, worked really hard in difficult conditions. I’ve been pleased with the response from Amy who came and did the initial review of what I wanted a few months ago, to the after sales I’ve also experienced. A few teething issues after the install were rectified by a follow up visit with one of the Engineers who also sorted out my French doors and front door which were not even installed by CR Windows, how’s that for customer service! Finding local businesses offering professional skilled trades can be difficult but I’ve had a good experience with CR windows and would recommend them to others too. Neighbours have made positive comments about how nice the windows look and asked who I used, so I do hope when they decide to change their windows they give them a try too.

After the Amazing job these lads done installing our front door - we were happy to have them back to install our windows. Two day install, over the moon with the whole service, tidy job, installers were polite and left the place immaculate. We contracted CR Windows to replace both our conservatory and window. We were a little apprehensive about the significant cost but we needn't have been as they were excellent throughout. We are very pleased with both the finished product and also how the work was conducted. The workmen were always on time and worked hard. We thoroughly recommend CR Windows.

Double glazing companies vary tremendously - I had the misfortune a few years ago to use one that had good reviews but gave atrociously bad service. CR Windows are one of the really good ones in the wider Bristol area - as is indicated by how often you see their vans on the road and by the current delay of a few months before they can get the work done. I’ve used them a few times now. The salesmen aren’t at all pushy, the fitters are polite and good at their job, and the end result - with both doors and windows - is excellent. A trouble-free experience every time, except once some years back, when they immediately came round to put matters right. Prices seem reasonable too.

I took a long time choosing a Company to replace some end-of-life French Doors in Redland Bristol. They were replaced with white Aluminium Doors and I am very pleased. I've used CR Windows a few times now and they have been fantastic on both occasions. They recently fitted 10 windows and two doors and they were faultless from beginning to end. The quality is excellent and the two fitters we had (Dave and Ash) were great. Punctual, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CR to any of my friends or family. No pushy sales people either for those put off by some of the glazing salesmen out there!

The products are of a very high quality and we quickly noticed the difference this has made to the heat retention and condensation problems we had prior to this installation. The process of buying, installation and after-sales was first class from start to finish. The fitters were very polite and paid attention to detail. They made a very tidy job of making good the plaster and render. We had 2 sets of bi-fold doors fitted which although nearly 3m wide, I can open with my little finger they are so smooth. When reviewing a company and whether to do business with it, it's important to consider the complete customer journey from selection, order, installation and following on to customer care during the warranty period. I have had 2 separate installations from CR on 2 different houses. The sales and specification process is low pressure and unhurried. The installation on both occasions was carried out with care and the product (sash replacements, bay window replacements, front door) was well made and looked good. I've just had need to follow up within the warranty period on a minor annoyance. This was dealt with with willingly and promptly and the service engineer did a great job. Overall, I'd recommend this company - they have been around for ages, the sales process is low pressure and indeed the prices (I got 3 quotes) were competitive. The after sales was excellent.

I feel compelled to share my positive experience of CR Windows due to, what I found to be, a wealth of misinformation and disingenuous claims made by shifty salesmen of large national glazing competitors. I have just purchased a flat in a 1980s block and found myself subject to the very stringent requirements of the management company in replacing single glazing with double in like-for-like raw aluminium windows, at very unusual dimensions, fitted directly to timber frames. This exact specification proved very difficult to source from any number of regional and national suppliers. CR windows were able to not only cater to my exact requirements, but at a fraction of the cost of any other providers. They delivered on-time, on budget and fitted with excellent craftsmanship, efficiency and professionalism. I have already referred one neighbour to them and will continue to spread the good word.
