I just spoke to your chap today at Morrison's car park in Witham for advice. I had no intention of getting the chip fixed today. I wasn't sure if it had previously been fixed as I only recently acquired the car. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was extremely helpful, honest and friendly, without any hard sell. So much so, I got the job done there and then. Not only did I want to give you the business, I think the cost was probably less than the excess if I had gone through my insurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services based on my experience today.

We have been driving around with a chip in the windscreen for months, so I was very relieved to see Optic-Kleer set up in the car park of my local Morrisons. The whole process was very easy and only cost me £20.

Would highly recommend Steve, although I’ve not had a repair done I’ve watched him in action, he really knows what he’s doing and is extremely pleasant with it, plus he actually wants to repair your screen unlike your typical windscreen fitter that your insurance company is likely to refer you to, who I might add aren’t normally bothered if they make the chip / crack worse and then leave you suggesting you need a new screen fitted! In my opinion a screen replacement should be avoided if at all possible due to the damage the fitter causes to the screen recess, plus possible loss of the vehicle’s structural integrity if not bonded correctly. If you need a repair my advise would be to contact a specialist repairer like Steve, not a company that replaces windscreens.
