Turned up on time, tidied up after themselves each day, very hard workers hardly stopping to have a cup of tea. The house looks amazing and after sales service excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing new windows and doors

e. s.Highly recommend. The man that came out to measure up helped me decide on the most suitable windows according to my taste and spoke about fire regs ect. The 2 men that came and fitted them (father and son) were brilliant and a credit to the firm. They asked about which rooms to do 1st to work around my 90 year old father with dementia and my 2 year old grandson, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using this firm again. They also came in cheaper than my other quotes which was an obvious bonus :)

L.I have had such a pleasant experience from start to finish with this company. I had my whole house changed including 2 doors and a set of French doors. Ray was very accomodating and polite when I called and promptly came through to have a look and measure and show me my options advising me on the best safety advise in case of fire etc...
My quote was left with me and I wasn't chased at all to see if I was going ahead unlike corporate companies, it was clear that there was no pressure from the start.
The gentlemen that came to fit the windows and Sean (I hope I spelt that right) were lovely guys and very respectful of the house and cleared up all mess they made, they were very polite and pleasant. T was a pleasure to deal with this company and the people within the business and I wholeheartedly recommend them 100%. Thankyou so much all of you, you made my year my house looks lovely now x
m. h.Doncaster local company I normaly go for big name company's but they where more expensive then decide went for local with good reviews and did great choice normal price with good products Halo system 10 all went good from visit price time scale instalation on time with 10 years warranty on upvc glass locks frame and instalation was 5 star quality nice and clean well done it was really good 4 weeks after instalation get my cetrificate of instalation then all good would use them again. 5 STAR Thank you

S.So happy with our experience using The Great Big Window Co. Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable from the start, was in no way pushy and made some great suggestions in line with what we wanted. It was great that we had a large choice of suppliers and products, as they are not tied to any one supplier like a lot of companies are.
When it came to them being fitted, the fitters were friendly and very efficient. They just got it done and made minimal mess, clearing up after themselves. Mark and Sean came round a few days after to check the work and do any necessary adjustments / fine tuning and, again, were very helpful and efficient.
We had some ridiculous quotes from some other companies and got so sick of dealing with salesmen, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. We really feel like we have been looked after and the windows and doors are of top quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and I have already recommended them to friends and family. n.Well where do I start. From Mark coming over talking about his Window and Doors explaining the product, I could see how passionate he was about them. No sales pitch or hard selling. I was sold just by that and the quote came in within a few hours and wow I couldn't believe the quote for my entire house new windows and composite doors. This week my house now has beautiful new windows and a very solid front and back door it looks a completely different house. The heating doesn't need blasting and retained its heat. Didn't even go on in the middle of the night so will save big time on heating bills. The 2 fitters Nigel and Josh were so professional, hardworking and also passionate about the windows and doors. They were neat and tidy on every thing they did. He measured up on the survey and then gave us a quote we j giggled around a few ideas with him and he was always happy to take a call or explain why an idea would/wouldn't work and even gave us style at ideas. When we had the windows installed we were absolutely ecstatic with the final result it makes the house look totally different and so much better than the original windows did. We even ended up with a new front door we were that happy with mark. I can't recommend this company enough I really can't. There was a fault on a window we had also but like everything else it was resolved almost straight away. They really do deserve 5*

Fitting was seamless, left everything spotless afterwards and they look amazing. They even came out to secure the old patio doors (nothing to do with them) whilst we were waiting for the new ones, because we had a short trip to London booked and couldn't get the doors to close! Now that is exceptional! Ray kept in touch throughout and made everything easy. Not only do you get a 10 year guarantee but it is backed by insurance so you are always covered even if they ceased trading. We have had some poor tradespeople previously but this team and our roofers have really restored our faith in quality tradespeople who take pride in their work. 100% recommend them!
