Normally quite good at this location but today was chaos, messy queue, no social distancing and staff not taking control.

Click and collect service used, had all the parts ready to go and pretty fast service. Just feel they could do not go sign for social distancing and in the for it said 2 customers at a time and I was ushered out when there was only one.

I was looking for a specific oil filter for my motorbike , so I checked their website and it confirmed it was available in stock at this store only to find out that I have wasted my time driving down there cause it wasn't available. Anyways the sales assistant was kind enough to offer to order it for me. So if you were looking on buying something and their website said it's in stock, i recommend double checking by giving them a call to make sure.

Been using euro car parts for years, the younger guys are friendly, parts are great prices. The only thing that let's you down is the old guy, looks miserable, never smiles and I have witnessed on a few occasions his unwillingness to help costumers that have came in looking for advice on a part or unsure what they need.
