I needed some auto paint mixed today for stone chip purposes. I didn't have a paint code. I didn't get the guys name but he worked so hard trying to match my paint. After a few close matches we chose one - I've worked it on tonight, near perfect match, my problem is so sorted!! The guy is a magician!! A massive thank you for helping me with my bronze/gold touch up paint!! Your help, patience and product is awesome 👌 total recommendation!!

Very helpful staff there,...even if they don't have an item in stock..they can get it usually next day,.. Even though you can't walk round,..the chaps do the steps for you... A go to place for car things..even just a battery for the car fob!!

Not many old shops like this left nowadays. Very helpful old boys and will even carry out repairs outside the shop by a friendly mechanic. If part not in stock they will get it, sometimes the same day or definitely by the next. More people should support their local shops instead of using the multinationals like Halfords etc.

My 2007 Ford Focus 1.6TDCi had been giving me a lot of trouble. Garages would either not touch it or give a bad diagnosis and want to charge for work that had already been done (and £30 for the pleasure). Eastern Auto Spares have been brilliant; not an exaggeration. They have researched the problem, helped me sort it out, provided the right parts and advice how to check that they needed replacing, before I bought them. Finally my car is fixed, but the EML is still on. No bother; Eastern Auto Spares check it, remove it - free of charge. I am so grateful. Excellent work.

I went to Eastern Auto Spares at midday today it was a dark and wet, the rain tipping down. Went in the shop and a gentleman asked what I required telling him I needed wipers for my car, he put his high vis coat on and followed me to my car. He then proceeded to measure them then back in the shop he took the 3 wipers from their packaging, I paid and we went out and he fitted them. That is what I call a good service and would recommend it to anyone needing Eastern Auto Spares. Especially people that are not partially car aware Ho Ho you all know who you are.
