r.Good customer service, bought a car battery for a decent price, but be aware they are not insured to touch cars so any work will have to be booked in elsewhere.

A. K.As you may rightly expect from a reputable national parts stockist the standard and quality of products is high along with unmatched prices! The Bosch air filter I purchased is both genuine and feels superior to the factory OEM Honda filter that was replaced for almost half of the cost.
My only negative I can offer is that the process of 'click and collect' at the Morley branch is in dire need of revision. I can live with the fact that your order ID has more digits than Pi when repeating it to the sales assistant, however, they then take the ID to enter into a computer at the opposite end of the office space, they then make several trips back and forth to said computer before eventually arriving back with your order before sunset. Overall a decent place with decent products and prices shamefully let down by the slow efficiency of service.
L.Had to come here 3 times to collect an item as the que outside for collection took longer than I expected. Should definitely have more staff working at the counter. But when I finally got in, the chap at the desk was quite helpful.
Y.Like euros but click and collect here wasn't good stood outside for 20mins with only one person serving on a Saturday least it wasn't raining.
