I would like to make a special thanks to Lorrelle Whitaker for the fantastic, professional and efficient service I was provided with whilst having my car with Sytner. I was updated on a regular basis and had my car back after the repairs quicker than I had expected. I would also like to thank Jamie Flavel the technician who was spot on with his expertise knowledgeable diagnosis that solved the problems I encountered which independent BMW specialists were unable to resolve.

I had a serious safety issue that caused the car (BMW 320i) to cut all the electrical power and engine power. The technical team found the cause of the issue (loose battery connection) and fixed it same day. I was not charged, and BMW UK has covered the costs due to potential correlation to previously done recall repair. I was sent a video showing the cause of the issue. I pick up the car same day, and the car was washed and cleaned. Thank you to Sytner Leicester Team- Mark, Phil, Hannah, David, Kinna and all others members who contacted and assisted me during this process.

I use them to service my mini. There customer service is second to none and they can not do enough for you. They keep in touch during the service with regular updates. It's not the cheapest but they are thorough and do an exceptional job.

An amazing service centre. Great customer service with a focus on the customer. The seating area is fantastic and very comfortable, free wifi, hot and cold drinks are available free too. They also have a hair salon too. The service is great with a car wash and clean inside and out and a video sent to your phone of a diagnostics. Absolutely fantastic!!

Excellent service centre. Came in yesterday to sort out sat nav in my brand new M135i, something which was not properly set up at the dealership I've bought my car from and the issue got sorted in no time. I was properly looked after, unfortunately do not remember the names of technician and desk guy who were assigned to my case so if management can identify them by my reg number RV20LNX please appraise them both. I've used this centre in the past around 2007 when I had Z4 coupe as my daily driver. It was good back then but now got even better. Will be definitely bringing my current car here for the service.

An excellent service facility for your bmw or mini. Starting with the drive in so your out of the weather and the meet and greet to point you towards your service advisor. Wi-Fi and drinks available if waiting and a large viewing window is available should you wish to watch your car being worked on. Pick up of your finished car is again under cover. Overall a good facility.
