Just leaving feedback for one of your employees called Seb (with the tattoos) His customer service is one of the best I've had in any kind of store I've been to. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly honest. He was not too assertive or applied any pressure to purchase something and I appreciate he approached us initially to ask if we needed help, which he must have noticed we needed as I was quite confused about the bike options available. Thanks to his recommendations and advice I am positive I will be buying the most appropriate products for me.

Good Halfords, the customer service upstairs (where the bike section is) is very slow (maybe because 2 staff members are not enough for a popular branch?) but do provide good service. Have bought two bikes from here to no fault and other accessories and do recommend this place - thats if you have a few hours! Would of been 5 stars but because of the efficiency hence 4. Although on my recent visit where I purchased a third bike it was very efficient and the staff member Eriken that dealt and assembled my bike was very efficient and knowledgeable! I have since got my brakes checked out in which he did an amazing job on!

Not to sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place....Been coming here for the last 5years and have been great service every time I come instore. My go to place for many many projects I have completed over the years. This place has been there for my Car projects, motorbike projects, Evan Quadbike projects...Always have what I need in stock and great affordable prices...What people should understand is that with this pandemic going on there will be queues, there will be reduced stock especially the bike department but don’t take it out on the staff because they are very friendly and helpful. They are human at the end of the day working hard while you miserable people are complaining about what to do today while on furlough. P.s toolbox red spray paint was out of stock because I buy tonnes of it 😂

The staff who was advising us on our bike choice was very helpful. The staff who was building our bike was not very careful. They damage our bike in the store and didn't admit their mistake. We were ready and excited with our kids to go and collect our dream bikes but there was a delay in my order and we wasn't informed about it earlier. About the damage first they said it wasn't done by them after checking video once I requested to see the video than he change the story that this video was in the other side of the bike. So overall experience wasn't that much good.

I have to take a star off, not because I queued for nearly an hour, but because they hardly had any bikes on display! I went to the store today because online they don't seem to have anything at the moment. I've been trying to get a particular bicycle for a friend - a birthday surprise if you like - but all Halfords seem to have at moment is the bell and the basket, and I know she won't believe me if I tell her the rest of the bike's on its way ... Actually, you can't even order in store at the moment, though the staff are helpful and do their best to answer all your questions. In general though, Halfords has been my go to store for bikes throughout the years, even though I haven't ridden one for quite a while, and as such I'd recommend them always - especially if getting your first bike - the price isn't bad, and they offer lots of after service too, at a cost, of course. And for those important bits 'n' pieces for your car - batteries, lights, windscreen wipers, etc. - they take care of all that too. All in all, gotta say that Halfords do a good job, and the Beckton store has plenty of parking.

Went there to fix my bike. Didn't have the part so told me to order and get it so they can fix it. But I had to walk this bike nearly 1 30 min. Couldn't ride it coz crank was damaged. We luckily didn't have to queue up because for cars it wasn't that busy unlike for bikes. Was looking for something to remove spray paint vandalising on my van. The lady in there was quite helpful she recommended what she thought would work. We where then served by Corby who further gave his input and was so informative about other car stuff we where discussing with him. He was a cheerful individual and made our shopping experience really successful. They called the supervisor lm guessing to confirm what they had recommended as l had described how the spray paint was over a logo but when the supervisor came he didn't acknowledge us. If it weren't for Corby asking him to let us know or say something we would've possibly been waiting for there even longer. Overall our experience was met accordingly and thanks to the main staff Corby and the Asian girl serving us.

Bike rear wheel is buckled due to damaged spokes. After booking the assessment online, leaving work earlier than usual on Saturday and waiting in the queue for a long time, I was told they only fix spokes and do wheel truing Mondays to Fridays. Would've made different arrangements had I been made aware previously... wasted my time.

Store is in a nice location. Close to electronic shops, furniture, home, decorations and most importantly closer to a food court. The Halfords has a bike department on the top floor where you can view a range of mountain, hybrid or road bikes as well as electric options. You can also buy parts and repairs from here and they are mostly stocked with main essentials The ground floor consists of tools sand camping equipment as well as car equipment and accessories. They do car maintenance and bike maintenance so if this is a Halfords close to you than definatley worth coming here. The staff are enthusiast respectively and so you will get good treatment of your vehicle's if you come here
