Very pleased with the level of service given to our Fiat Punto which had suddenly lost its power steering..We took up the offer of the collect and delivery service advertised on the website. John collected the car, discussed the problems we were having with it , diagnosed the fault, fixed them accordingly, and then delivered the car back to us 5 days later . I’ve used the services of this company before when they rebuilt my steering box for my BMW E31 8 series back in 2016. I was very pleased with the service back then. On this occasion I had issues with a faulty steering rack on a BMW F21 1 series. When I called the company the staff were very polite and helpful on the phone. My car was booked in promptly for repairs and when I arrived at the workshop I was greeted by John who I believe is the manager. John was very polite and humble and had a great friendly attitude. He listened to all the issues I raised regarding my vehicle. John explained to me step by step the procedure or process for repairs etc. During the next few days staff kept me Up to date on the progression of work being carried out to my vehicle. I also received a video message which showed in detail what damage had been done to the steering rack on my vehicle and John explained what was needed to be done to rectify the damage and how much it would cost. Staff were very honest and transparent throughout the whole process and I ended up paying much less than what I was originally quoted. BIG THANK YOU! The Turn around time was very fast and I literally ended up saving nearly £2000 pounds with Power Steering Services . As usual BMW main dealer was not very helpful and had quoted me a ridiculous amount to replace the rack. I’ve owned this car from new and knew what to expect. On the day I went to collect my car my self and John went for a test drive. I couldn’t fault anything as the steering felt brand new again! Tight like a tiger! I had an issue with my power steering and after getting the problem diagnosed and obtaining a fault code I went on the hunt for a place to get it resolved. However, as everyone has apparently decided to get their vehicles serviced at the same time everywhere was booked until mid next week. This business was recommended to my by Mersh Brothers, a garage in Bellingham, because they knew this shop had a speciality in power steering issues. After a phone conversation, where they were rightfully cautious about giving a turnaround time, I popped down to see if they could help confirm the diagnosis. I arrived and was met by some of the staff. One a seemingly grumpy looking Romanian and another gentleman in overalls who seemed rather preoccupied and was repeating the end of my sentences. To be honest, I was slightly apprehensive at this point and was wondering what kind of service I was about to receive. However, any cause to raise an eyebrow was immediately settled when they had a quick chat with each other and guided my car through the entrance into their workshop. One held back the curtain so it wouldn't scratch my car while the other gave me directions. After a quick chat they hooked my car up to their reader and got to work. They looked through the fault codes and diagnosed the problem immediately. After a short wait I had the problem explained to me and a potential solution. Unfortunately for me, due to my car's age, the solution was neither quick nor cheap and Power Steering Services UK were up front about it. If my car were slightly newer and had a different style of unit I could have had a 24 hour turn around time but sadly that wasn't to be the case. To sum it up, I arrived, got dealt with quickly, was given honest and accurate information that helped me make an informed decision, and was kindly given a bottle of cold water while I waited. While I did not end up using their garage, I am very happy to say that I would come again in future. Alongside power steering they do all the other things a normal garage would do, such as servicing and maintenance. Their website doesn't tell you that, but they a normal garage with a special interest in power steering. If I ever need to have my car serviced or if there is anybody in the Greenwich area that is looking for a garage, you can't go wrong by popping your head in here. All the staff were very friendly and I can only assume they were quite hungry when I arrived because they were hoovering up their lunch as I left. They spoke with clarity and dealt with me more than fairly. I will add something at the bottom here. If you're using a satnav to get to the garage one end of the road has been closed due to construction work on nearby flats. It's apparently been closed for the last 2 years but my device kept trying to route me through a closed road. If you drive around the block you'll eventually find the other entrance to Norman Road. Also congratulations to anyone who got to the end of this short story. I hope it was helpful.

Porsche 964 steering rack repair I just wanted to say a big thanks to you guys for the speed and efficiency in dealing with my steering rack. As you know the unit was delivered back to my mechanic yesterday, unfortunately he was so busy he wasn’t able to start to refit until 7.00 pm but by 9,30pm he was on the phone telling me it was all tested etc – half an hour later it was sitting in my drive. So from rack failure on Wednesday to rack working was in effect 3 working days max.. I would highley reccomend these guys, helpfull and proffesional throughout.

The pollen filter on a Renault Grand Scenic MK3 is a tough job and I have not seen even the main dealers change this as it involves too much labour. They either claim they have changed it, (and of course charge the customers a fortune) when in fact they haven't even the opened the cover, or the customer finds it cost prohibitive. Thanks to John, I had my pollen filters changed for the first time :) Great customer service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I have had this car for 3 years and I had some issues with my brakes recently my local garage changed the brake pads but it did not fix the issue so I found these guys in Greenwich and they diagnosed my bmw which they found the brake vacuum pump was at the fault. I was pregnant and desperate and most garages could not help or fix the issues When I visited this garage they were very helpful and even booked me in straight away they changed my brake fluid and fixed my exhaust leak and did not charge me any extra the level of service I received was fantastic very helpful and very knowledgeable thank you so much for all your help guys xxx

I really and truly can’t thank these guys enough I own a Mercedes and I noticed my steering would pulsate through the steering wheel this fault had started about a year ago and has been getting worse over time. My steering would pulsate and the steering would move about 1 centre metre to the left when driving straight I though this was normal till the problem became more frequent and more worse so I took the car to my local dealer and an independent specialist neither of the garages or dealers I have visited have been able to rectify or find the issues with my car. When I visited these guys they found the problem the same day the fault on my car was with my steering rack and fixed the fault with my steering these guys were really helpful and went out of the way to show me the fault Thank you guys for all your help. 😊
