My family and I have been looking for a 7 seater for ages and popping into Sentinel Volvo Tottenham branch we were instantly greeted by Navadini … not only is she sooooo professional she goes out her way to carefully explain the options and customises exactly what we wanted.
Very professionally Navadini took my details and gave me choices and I went away to think about what was best for my family and I under no pressure.
Couple days after we came to a decision Navadini gave us such an easy process, paperwork was done, bank transfer was done, insurance and road tax was done, Gap- tyres-alloys-insurance was explained, such a wonderful experience.
To top off the whole experience Navadini herself came to my workplace and done the handover, extremely happy, very personal and so overwhelmed.
Navadini explained how to use the features, showed me carefully how to charge the car, how to park 🤣
Even after sales, she has offered me extra support and guidance and the communication and customer support is 100/100.

I had spent weeks looking for a specific XC90 but was luckily able to find one, after being recommended to visit Sentinel from another dealer; and with the help from Navadini & Richard I was recently able to purchase my very own, dream XC90.

I am a customer of theirs, although a bit disenchanted. They didn't get back to me when I phoned with a query. Emails bounce.
Service work seems to be good, except expensive (as you'd expect with a main dealer, I suppose).
They park your car on roads where there's a risk of getting ticketed. The service spaces on their own site are taken up with vehicles for sale.
To be fair, I can't fault the work they have done when servicing the car, and they are pleasant to deal with, once you can get hold of them!!

Hassan at Sentinel Volvo sourced us a ex demo XC40 plug in hybrid for a great price when they were incredibly scarce due to the chip shortage. Perfect colour and specification.
The whole process, including sorting the finance and fixing some minor paint imperfections, was incredibly smooth with great communication throughout. Karan was also really helpful in follow up when Hassan was on his holidays.
It is a packed in and busy dealer but they provide great service and we could not be happier with our purchase and the deal they did for us.

Excellent experience. I initially inquired about a vehicle which sadly had already been sold. The sales manager went out of his way to find me a suitable vehicle from their stock, and went above and beyond in getting the best possible part exchange value for my current car.

Excellent customer service from Navadini in sales. We spoke about my needs and she recommended a car based on that, which was perfect for me. Unfortunately she did not have one due to a shortage of used cars, but promised to call back. I have spoken to over 15 car dealerships all of which have promised to call back and never have. Being a woman sometimes sales people rattle on expecting you to be well versed in cars, but she was patient, courteous and explained everything in simple terms.
I test drove the vehicle from my home at my convenience, and she sourced a great deal for me, and I felt she genuinely cared that I was totally happy with my purchase, and had it delivered to my home also, making the whole process very comfortable for me.

Purchased a used XC90 in Feb-20 during the Covid lockdown. Sentinel provided a simply fantastic service. The car was delivered to my door by a friendly salesman (Oneil) for a test drive. Various measures had been taken to ensure this was done in a Covid secure manner. Oneil provided a thorough overview of the car to help my wife and I familiarise ourselves with the vehicle’s features. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions in detail (despite him standing outside in the freezing cold due to social distancing). We agreed a very competitive deal that we were delighted with. The car was scrubbed, polished and delivered within 48 hours with a full tank of fuel. It was a quick and easy transaction with attentive service. We would have no hesitation in buying from Sentinel again. Thank you Oneil and thank you Sentinel!

I popped into Sentinel about a year ago and had a good chat with Karan about what I was looking for, my budget and my timeframe. He kept in regular contact with me and when I was ready to make a purchase, Sentinel found me a great deal on an XC60 and the whole process was very smooth.
There was a slight problem with the car - I had Apple CarPlay installed, but it wasn't working properly. I popped it back in and it was all fixed in about 10 mins. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a new or used car.

As I was looking for an ex-demonstrator V60 CC, I contacted several dealers nationally who had such car available.
Richard got back to me promptly with a very competitive deal. With clear and direct communication he answered all my questions and adjusted the deal to suit my needs. Out of different dealers, Richard stood out with his professionalism and focus on customer service pre and post sale - and of course a very good deal offered.
Nav took over and finalised the details, and also handled the pick up of the car. Again, the experience could not have been better. Nav was very personable and most certainly lived up to the expectations Richard had set in terms of customer service levels.

Prior to purchasing I received great communication with Richard trying to source the right XC90 for us. In the end we came to the showroom and Nav helped us through the specs on each version of the XC90’s to find the best car for us.
The service received was exceptional compared to Volvo Chigwell who have no customer service skills/knowledge of Volvo at all.
I would give Nav 10 if I could as her detail on the admin to receiving the car then the follow up on all the extras we requested have all been dealt with. She even managed to keep our little ones entertained throughout the whole buying process.
Now it’s just a pleasure to drive the car we set our hearts on and has fulfilled our faith back in Volvo since our terrible outcome from Chigwell Volvo.
Will definitely be back to replace the car in a few years time.

I have just purchased a 1year old v60 from this dealer ship and I couldn't be happier with the service I got. A lovely lady called Nav was my first point of contact and I found her very pleasant and helpful. I was not pressured in any way with the hard sell some dealers try and was given plenty of time to view the car, go for a test drive, look round kick the tyres and think. When I asked a question it was answered, what more can I say.
As we got to the money side of the deal instead of the usual bs, they said how much the car was for sale for, I made a an offer and then the deal was done. Fantastic.

I bought a V90 from Luke at Sentinel Volvo. I have to say I was very impressed. Initially communicating via email, his responses were quick and he ensured that I got exactly what I wanted.
When I said I was interested in the Polestar upgrade, he let me drive his XC90 so I could compare and decide if I wanted the upgrade to my car - I did!
There was none of the usual sales patter or pressure, just genuine conversations between two blokes interested in cars.
If you're looking for a Volvo I would definitely say make the effort to get there because the service, the cars and Luke are worth it. And, if you like a bit of performance with your car, get the Polestar upgrade added.

Really great experience with sales agent Matt. Even though we ended up not getting the car (due to issues entirely not related to Sentinel), the entire process was so much smoother and more friendly than other dealerships I was visiting. Junior gave me the best Customer Service experience I have ever received from a Garage. Despite everything costing me c.£1,500 (lots wrong with the car) I will be picking it up with a smile on my face. Junior opened up early on a Saturday because he could see I was stranded with my wife and kids and went on to report back on progress on the car every day. He is incredibly polite, efficient and generally made the whole process a joy. This level of "above and beyond" service is exactly why I will continue to pay more for a proper Volvo dealership rather than go to Bob up the road! Please give Junior a raise!!!!

Last Monday (08/04/19) I made a call to Sentinel to enquiry about a V90. Luke answered the phone and within two hours we'd arranged a deal and I bought the car!
I went back to Luke a day later after deciding that I wanted a two bar, mud flaps and the Polestar upgrade and it wasn't an issue. Luke came back with the costs in minutes and again it was sorted.
We arranged to meet in Bristol (on the Friday of that week!) to handover the car, as I live in West Wales. The car was delivered on time and was exactly as described. I couldn't ask for better service.
There was no pressure or no messing about. The whole process was brilliantly simple. If you're looking for a Volvo, do yourself a favour; make it a painless experience and give Sentinel a call.
I'll definitely be coming back when its time to change the V90!

Partner went in for a look called me an hour later asking what I am doing. 2 hour later we became a proud owner of a beautiful XC40. The only down side was that we could not drive it off there and then. We found the hole experience of spending that much money too easy. From the smile of the receptionist on arrival to the exclusive service from the Manager Richard. Having bought a used Volvo S40 in apparently good condition, but requiring a service, I wanted a service for the car and a diagnostic to check all was well, so took the car to Sentinel hoping that as Volvo specialists they would identify and explain any issues with the car that were not apparent to me and would give an honest recommendation for the best course of action, in addition to providing a good service. They were excellent in all respects. The procedure described on the website service page was, in retrospect, exactly what happened and was very reassuring. Mike advised me on points of service, and explained in a friendly way what to expect from the car after the thorough diagnostic. The whole service, including diagnostics and wash, was carried out that day in what felt very much like priority time, although the workshop of course also works with higher specification, newer Volvos. Mike is clearly very experienced and was most welcoming. I am glad to have the Volvo service promise from Sentinel including advanced breakdown assistance. Essentially my mind was put at ease and my S40 is running perfectly. As a previous Saab owner, I am grateful to Sentinel for helping me get the most from the other safe Nordic choice, and not to regret the transition!

I believe in the quality of Volvo Cars, strong and sturdy, relaxing to drive, a car that doesn't need to be rushed through the revs or gears speedily, but kind of cruises to 40-50mph for dual carriageway driving in town.
Likewise the Dealership of Sentinel; I believe in the integrity, and skill of their staff, their Engineers; my dual fuel V70 has I believe greatly improved since I had the gas distributor replaced, albeit an expensive task, I am believing it is more economical at 2.4l. The are amenable to discussion of invoice in a relaxed manner.
However, although I booked in a month before, and delivered the car by 0740h on the day in question, the Service and MOT, plus 2 fluid hose replacements, the car wasn't ready until late the following day, and they didn't get back to me when I rang at midday. Perhaps a small point against the need to get the mechanics correct. But such factors niggle a bit. Actually, humanly, they made an error with the price of an estimate due to a decimal point incorrectly put, thus labour estimated 10x actual value. Lucky I was smart enough to note it was far to high for the job.

I am very happy with the work done on my car and despite the work being more expensive than I was expecting, I am happy to have had it done. The car is certainly going better than before it went in for the service.
I also appreciated the fact that other than the service, I was consulted on the additional issues and the costs involved.
What was less good was having to call repeatedly to get news on progress without any luck until I heard on Saturday mid-morning that my car was not ready. This was disappointing - more so because I had mentioned when I delivered the car on Thursday morning that I would need to pick up my car on Saturday morning latest. So I had to buy expensive train tickets and change my travel plans.
Once I did speak to James it all became clearer, and he did apologise and tell me that a serious backlog of cars was the responsible for the delay. I found James helpful and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully next time I will get the required information in time and not have to chase for it.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if the time management is always this poor. It took a long while to drop my car for a service and to pick it up, dropping off my car was somewhat acceptable because it seems they have to park the courtesy cars far away due to lack of space on the road adjacent to the workshop, but still I waited over 45 minutes to drop my car off. Picking it up took even longer which was weird, I left the courtesy car on their front door and my car was parked on the other side of the road. Maybe because it was Saturday and everybody was on weekend mood... In any case I would visit them again as I believe this was just a temporary issue, and the bottom line is that all that I asked to be looked at was so and fixed if it needed be.

Initial sale was quick and easy but 2 faults required it to go back. Getting hold of after-sales care was extremely difficult, and took 3 weeks before it got taken back, then returned without letting me they'd returned it (and where the key was hidden).
Then I found the car tax, which I'd paid for in the sale, had not been paid to the DVLA, so I've been driving an untaxed car for 6 weeks. This was fixed quickly when I notified the garage, but was unfortunate.
