There was a bit of a queue which could have been managed by the attendants in terms of there turnaround times. Perhaps would require assisted technology or electronic to manage customer services or queries quickly.

I highly recommend. Very professional. I just wish they were bit quicker with processing orders as queues are sometimes hard to endure. But still that must be down to doing things correctly. Generally I was happy twice I went there.

Pretty much any part you require can be picked up or ordered within 24 hours from these guys. Very reliable and trustworthy for all your carpart needs.

Extremely knowledgeable counter service, happy to search for the part you need using vehicle registration, huge stock. This level of service does come at the cost of speed though, don't expect to be in and out in minutes if there is anyone else in there. Plenty of parking across the road.

A place you can find tools and parts. I an always happy when I come to pick up any tools or parts. Above all the staff don't throw any part you ask them, but go the extra mile to find you meaningful tools or parts. Even the price is so cheap compared to other retailers.

Staff are extremely helpful when determining the exact parts you need. Unfortunately, sometimes that means the customer ahead of you in the queue will be having a drawn out conversation. So yeah, waiting times are very long. Hence three stars.

Has everything. Always. But you'll wait to get it. Like seriously wait. The place can only fit half a dozen people in it and I was waiting half an hour to be served. it's not like they can't see you. But they literally do have everything.

alot of drama queens on here these reviews none of which is true first they do not do a click and collect service not Argos!!!! they leave the quotation underneath your registration for when you come into the shop they do not reserve goods as people may not turn up to collect them and possibly lose sales 💡 also the doors are closed at 7 o'clock on the days it closes at 7 o'clock been using them for many many years perfect service and the staff on the telephones are very much professional and helpful could have something to do with one's attitude 👍any sauce

They are very helpful and friendly, just give them your number plate and they will find the piece you need. They have customer parking infront of the store but it's only for 30min.

Have used this place for years now but only when I'm desperate. Staff aren't knowledgeable they only know what the book or computer tells them which isn't always correct. Always check the brand of the part as they supply loads of Chinese made junk nowadays .... it might be alright to get you out of trouble especially if it's an easily accessible part but its not worth the risk if it's an intriquet part which takes several hours of Labour to access which is the mistake I made. There's often a queue in the shop and the parking across the road is often full. If you have a car with a low front bumper the steepness of the car park entry will damage it so be warey of this. They're alright on the phone if you have the cars registration at hand and know the exact name of part you need...anything beyond that then don't waste your time. Quite a few tools stocked by themselves to get you out of trouble. Helicoil kits etc etc. That's all folks

Top lads, it does get busy so worth phoning ahead if you know what you want. It's not argos or halfords though and is trade oriented which seems to be what a lot of the moany reviews have misunderstood.
