I'm very happy and satisfied with my new triple glazed (acoustic) windows from Droylsden Glass. A significant improvement to the old windows dating back to when my house was built back in 1998. The level of noise reduction from outside is noticeable, and these windows will no doubt keep the heat in throughout the winter months. They are of the highest quality and fitted to a professional standard. The level of service and professionalism from quotation to installation was great. My only slight criticism is that the installation date was postponed twice, so took place weeks after expected. However, this is most likely due to supply / fitter availability following the easing of CV19 lockdown restrictions. That said, the communication from the company was excellent, keeping me updated throughout. The fitting was done over two days with full professionalism and minimal disruption to my home. Overall, I'm impressed with the end result, which has given my house a more modern, contemporary appearance. I'd definitely recommend Droylsden Glass to others looking for new windows.

Very happy with our windows and doors. Daniel in Sales was fab, really patient and explained everything really well. The Droylsden Glass quote was 1 of 3 we obtained, all with similar prices, we opted to go with Droylsden from the great reviews, and helpfulness of Daniel. We did experience some delays and issues with our windows, which were no fault of Droylsden but Droylsden got them sorted :) The customer service team - Becky and Andy were fab, the guys who installed the windows and doors were lovely, trustworthy and kept the place clean and tidy. Would be 5 stars, but dropped a star because I did have to do some chasing with the installation team to sort out some of the problems caused in manufacturing. Communication with the installation team could definitely be improved, but once we were referred to customer service it was a fabulous experience!

From start to finish Droylsden Glass understood what i was trying to create with my conservatory/sun room. From ensuring that the brickwork was matched as best as possible to my existing brickwork, to ensuring that the glazing framework was the same color on both sides. They paid a lot of attnetion to the details and cleaned up throughly after the install. The lads caring out the work were a joy to have at my house and helped in every way they could. I would recomend Droylsden Glass anytime to anyone.

We have had a “garden room” built with Droylsden glass. We were happy with the design element of the project and from that moment on we were impressed that there was no pressure to sign the contract. Despite some unavoidable delays with the building, Brendan and Paul were amazing. Very personable and they did a cracking job with the build. They were transparent and contactable all the way through their time with us. Brendan tidied up every day and left our driveway immaculate. The plasterers (Darren and his sidekick – sorry we can’t remember his name!) were amazing. Lovely chaps with a great sense of humour and they were so tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. Tony the electrician was a complete star. He worked to get the job done and did a very professional job. He was very kind and caring in everything he did, and it was a pleasure to have him in our house. In the end we felt a little bit harassed for the balance of monies, even when the project was not complete, but we came to an agreement suitable to both parties. Overall, we were impressed with Droylsden glass, we were given an initial estimate of 9 weeks, and we had a completed “garden room” in 11 weeks, despite blistering heat and torrential rains with delayed some initial brickwork. Just a note, that in no way was anyone’s fault at Droylsden Glass, and something we simply didn’t foresee, you need to get your own skirting boards organised and this is not included in the price (but wasn’t too expensive!)

The installation over 3 days couldn't have gone better. The quality of the workmanship is very impressive. The internal window trim finishes the windows to a high standard and looks neat and tidy. Efficient and Effective Customer Support Customer Service via Becky was informative and very efficient. The fitter was quick to diagnose, effectively fixed the problem and was tidy. Apparently the door closure problem was a "top bolt" which is part of the opening mechanism. The fitter also partly re-heightened the door.

Sales service is great, couldn't recommend more - Adam was very helpful and sorted out what we wanted very quickly. We've used Droylsden Glass in the past also and know their service is great in all respects! Update: front and back doors now installed, both quality. Really changed the look of our house now, especially from the inside as there's much more light inside. Installation took half a day, started early and worked straight through. Very tidy and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more!

Karl and Danny came to look at our weather damaged conservatory roof promptly. They were friendly and down to earth, not hard sell like other companies. They respected our space to make the right decision for us. They demonstrated the difference in roof materials which helped us to make an informed choice with no pressure. They took measurements respecting safe distancing during the COVID-19 time. The price quoted was competitive, the reason we went with them was because they knew their products and went the extra mile With no sales nonsense. Reviews were excellent and we felt comfortable going ahead with them. They explained that a surveyor would be round and the job would be done in 8 weeks. It would take 2 days to replace the roof and they would make good any plaster damage and replace our electrics/light etc. We are looking forward to our new roof which has the latest heat reflective technology, and we feel confident that the job will be well done. Our unusual shaped large front door and glass surround was measured perfectly. We chose our own designs & glass, our questions were always answered. Wonderful workmanship from Paul he removed the old door and 8ft x 10ft surround. Fitted the new door and surround. Which was amazing all completed in the one day! Excellent service from DG having popped into their showroom to look at having new windows for our entire house after being let down by a major national company (Think snowy hills). Droylsden Glass staff were brilliant, and we initially spoke with the reception to book a home visit for a quotation a few days later. Our home visit was attended by Adam, who did an absolute top job all round having walked around each room and listened to what we wanted and the budget we had in mind. He answered all of our questions and, importantly agreed a budget and timeline that suits our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend Adam and the team and will of course look to provide a post installation update in due course now we have booked our order with DG! (Oct time).

From start to finish , the work completed on our conservatory was professionally done. We had the old polycarbonate roof removed along with windows and doors. The new ones fitted now look very smart and we are delighted with the tapco slate roof which means the conservatory is warmer during the winter months and cooler in the summer. Ours was not an easy project: large windows on a Victorian house and a very large And high lantern that required replacing on our first floor hall. The Initial visit that generated the quote was very polite, responsive to our needs and - best of all - came with no hard selling of any kind. Follow up communication was also courteous and swift. Despite the arrival of lockdown and the inevitable extensions in lead times, Droylsden kept me informed every step of the way. Installation was delayed but when lantern and windows were installed the process was trouble and mess free. The installers were extremely hardworking and - remarkably - it was impossible to tell that old windows had ever been there. So: for quality products, good value, excellent workmanship and effective customer service Droylsden Glass gets full marks. I will be enlisting their services again when we think about the outdoor renovations.

I had two external doors, the sales rep for nice and as expected, the fitter was on time, clean and doors are fitted to a high standard. I would have scored 5* but the after sales let it down. I was assured I would not have to pay until the job was completed or until I was happy with the work but I had several calls asking for payment while I was still waiting for the spyhole to be fitted. We purchased on finance, when we settled the bill it came about they charged us for a fanlight that was neither needed nor purchased, it was only £20 but still shouldn’t have been added to the bill and since we had already “paid” Drolysden Glass, too late to be reimbursed. Would recommend for quality of product, I would be reluctant to use again but would if I couldn’t find another company I was happy with.

The fitters were polite, friendly and tidy and cleared the site well before leaving. They were also very helpful with their timings for different parts of the job, so as not to disturb our work (as we have been working from home). I had a new front door fitted in February. There were a very few minor problems which Droylsden glass arranged to inspect and fix where necessary. Unfortunately due to the covid 19 lockdown this had to be rearranged. Once the lockdown was eased they came out within a week and fixed the problems. I only expected it to be inspected but was surprised to find that they would fix at the same time. The original fitters were also very good nothing was a problem for them and made sure everything was clean and tidy as they went along. My new door is now perfect and have no issues with it. I will be using Droylsden Glass again very soon as I will need new French doors on my conservatory.

Droylsden glass are by far the best on the market! We have recently moved house and wanted to build a glass extension at the back of the property. We have used Droylsden glass for a conservatory at our previous home so they were our first choice as we were so pleased with their previous work. In the last few weeks we have gathered quotes from Everest, Clearview and Anglian (and a few other local companies)- just to make sure we have considered all options as it's a substantial project. I honestly don't know why I wasted my time, Droylsden glass were the best by far. Droylsden Glass spent a lot of time working on a design that fit our budget without having to compromise on the things that were important to us. The other companies had far less options (which I was surprised about) and one tried to get the cost down by convincing us to build the extension 1m smaller than what we want. Droylsden Glass were the only company who took the time to fully understand what was important to us and help us be within budget by looking at options we didn't even know existed for the areas which weren't a priority for us. Talking with experience from the other companies on the market, Droyslden glass offer a far better, more personalised experience. They are also the only company who didn't use 'hard sell' tactics at any point- the others were unbelievably pushy and my husband even asked Everest to leave. Our property is on the edge of woodland and again Droyslden glass were the only company who talked about safety and what options they have available to add extra security as the vulnerable position of our house is a worry for me. The build will begin soon but I have no doubt it will run as smooth as the last time and the finish will be perfect. Karl has been fantastic and the whole team are only a phone call away when I have any questions. I cannot recommend this company enough! They are by far the best and I'm talking with experience of spending several hours with each of the big national companies

I usually write reviews after receiving what I bought but i thought this review was well deserved even before our build commences. We have just agreed a contract with droylsden glass to have a new extension which is to be a bedroom for our daughter and also a conservatory. The efficiency from Daniel in sales has been excellent. For a family with two children this has taken us over ten years to get the money together for our build. Daniel really understood our needs of wanting everything clear on our budget so no unforeseen cost arise, he answered any questions with genuiness and reassurance. No pressure from Daniel, the whole process up to now has been at our pace without pressure which says a lot about a company. We are very pleased with the contract we have signed and look forward to our build so we can get a bedroom for our daughter. Very fair price to! Thanks Daniel and droylsden glass!

We wanted a conservatory but get no sun on the back of the house, Droylsden Glass suggested a conservatory with a super lite roof, this proved to be a fantastic solution. It enabled us to have the advantages of full glass sides but with a really well insulated roof, this allowed us to use the area as an extension to our lounge all year round. Droylsden glass completed a tiled roof on our conservatory (it had a plastic roof). They were excellent from the quoting and surveying to the installation and cleaning up afterwards. Our conservatory was un-usable as was either too cold or too hot, but this tiled roof (with two beautiful sky lights) has transformed our house and we now use it all the time! NEW GARDEN ROOM EXTENSION My Wife and myself are extremely happy with the standard of the work carried out by Droylsden Glass. The work was completed in a competent and professional manner by everyone involved in the administration and construction. The builders dug out the ground in preparation for an outside contractor to carry out the piling required for the foundations, Once the work had been completed the builders constructed the brickwork and floor before the fitters came in to erect all the frames, doors and roof. All the work was completed efficiently with minimal disruption Special thanks to the builders Brendan and Paul, Fitters Dave and Steve and Plastering craftsman Jack.

Hello, My opinion about Droylsden Glass is very good. Although I took only free advice from them (which was over 30 minutes all together), I still had very professional and friendly service and advice. (also I was offered a hot drink during waiting for Mr Karl). Huge knowledge about conservatories, orangeries, their building technique and building regulations. If anything happens, for example: someone get sick – they will call you and let you know, so you will not be left to your own, nor you will be badly surprised. Droylsden Glass did my conservatory and porch. They did a fantastic job, at the agreed price, and called a couple of years later to check everything was still ok. We had a small leak in the conservatory roof and so they repaired it at no cost. They will not be the cheapest but with such a major building job on your house you want to get it right.

Decided to get a composite door fitted after having our double glazed windows done by them a year ago and the sales advisor at the time Carl who is the manger now was fantastic when he came to do the windows. Just had the surveyor LES in to take measurements for the door, I must say he was absolutely brilliant and very thorough with the whole process and gave brilliant advice. What can we say, long process but no fault of Droylsden glass, COVID and planning permission etc. We have had a one storey wrap round of our house, which includes a new one storey bedroom and a new conservatory. Quite a big project for them as they normally do conservatories orangeries, doors, windows etc. Everyone at Droylsden glass has been brilliant. The sales person Daniel, there was no pressure to do anything, he gave us all the information on our requirements. On top of being a reputable company, That’s what made us go for them rather than other quotes. All of the tradesmen were Exceptional! The builders we had were more than Exceptional. Brendan, Paul and Phil were amazing! They hammered sorting the new foundations in no time. Honest, the brick work they have done is second to none!! Great guys as well, Brendan was Always on hand to answer any questions I had and reassurances when needed. Absolute Top man and Exceptionally skilled builder!! Then Wayne and Marcus, the fitters came. Wayne was the lead and very skilled man and did an Amazing job fitting the roof, all doors, windows conservatory roof glass etc. Looks brilliant, thanks Wayne & Marcus! Stuart put in our radiators. Darren did the plastering and Tony did the electrics. Again Top skilled men! The directors Karl and Darren were Always there to have in put if needed. Faye, our project coordinator, Absolute Amazing!! Faye was always there everyday over a couple of months to answer any questions and coordinating everything to get everything built. Thank you Faye! Long review but Warranted. Thank you all at Droylsden Glass. You have a great team. We now have an amazing bedroom for our daughter and a beautiful conservatory!! Chris & Mel
