A superb and efficient service from people that know how to find the parts that one needs. LHD European model van. Needed a specific exhaust section. Ordered and it arrived the next day. THE EXACT match. In contrast. In France, in August, I searched for over 2 weeks and all the places I went to, they tried but nobody could source the matching section pipe I needed. Luckily a heinz baked bean tin allowed me to drive the 1000km home to then ask the experts at GEARBOX AUTO PARTS you are all fantastic. Thank you.

Dropped in on the off-chance, after a word-of-mouth recommendation. Gearbox is a bona fide treasure trove of hidden gems WITHOUT THE PIRATES. Absolutely outstanding customer service, which went far and above and beyond my expectations for a relatively small service - both friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I'm a first time user, but Gearbox will be my first port of call in future. Been using Gearbox in Forest Hall for over 25 years now. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fit wiper blades as well as other small things where people don’t know what they are doing for free. Support your local business and the lads who run this shop. Parts are competitively priced and if they don’t have it in stock can usually get it very quickly.

Always helpful and I have used for over 20 years now. Prices are always very good and I have known them spend a lot of time helping me find a part only costing a few pounds. Think the fact they have been open so long and continue to be open after numerous others come and go says it all. As for the review above about fitting number plates and not coming back again. They are a shop selling car parts not a garage service. Personally I think you had a laugh taking the plates there and expecting them to do the service.
