Hi! We cannot speak highly enough of this excellent company! All the staff with whom we were in contact gave superb service and great attention to detail. The new door was fitted within three hours and the whole area was spotlessly clean. Were it not for the new door, we would never have had any idea of work having been done. We didn’t know who to go to for our new windows, but saw an advert in the Village Connect for Matthew Oliver. We then trawled Google reviews and checked other reviews from those we saw. We contacted the company and subsequently had windows fitted. From that first contact Matthew Oliver has been great. I turned up without an appointment to look at the style we wanted and was shown round, even out into the snow so I could see the windows; they have different styles fitted to their building. Graeme who measured up was a treasure and the lads who did the fitting were brilliant. Our carpets were cleaner after they cleaned up than before they arrived. We highly recommend this company as we said the service, product and price were 1st class.

Excellent experience right from the word go. All of the office team were great and kept in touch with installation dates etc. I had windows and French doors fitted by one team who were very tidy and courteous. I also had a conservatory which meant having to take down an old one before installing the new one. The team were great and checked in with me all the way through as to how things were progressing. I live in an old cottage with not a straight wall in sight but they overcame everything and did a fantastic job. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Oliver windows and doors, great price and service. Thank you one and all.

Matthew Oliver were recommended to me, and I would happily recommend them to others. From start to finish, there is courtesy and professionalism. Never any hard selling, just appreciated advice with no pressure to go with an idea - though there are many times I have had that "I didn't think about that" moment. The ladies who answer the phone are polite and easy to chat to and they reply to e-mails quickly. The installers are trustworthy, careful and focus on getting the job done plus they clean up afterwards with care. Matthew puts the customer first with it being important that there is customer satisfaction, and you can see that he is dedicated to his company and employees. We are really impressed with the workmanship and have noticed how lovely and warm it is throughout the house. Having used them three times to install all of our windows and doors, I can say that the positive comments aren't just a one off.

2 new doors fitted by Matthew Oliver Windows last week. It was great to visit the showroom to view all our options in the beginning and from then on the communication was very good. The installation team arrived on time and were a credit to the company. They worked diligently throughout the day and finished the job well. When I might need replacement windows for the house I would most certainly use Matthew Oliver again and have already recommended them to others.

Fantastic from start to finish! Matthew Oliver Windows were an absolute pleasure to deal with. On this occasion we wanted to order a new front door. After an initial visit to their show room, we discussed the specifics of what we wanted which required something a little bit more bespoke. I had a new front door fitted last month and I can honestly say that I felt like I was in good hands after many disappointing encounters with other companies in the past. Matthew Oliver was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn’t be more delighted with our new front door! From the point of enquiry, their communication has been excellent, every member of staff we’ve dealt with has been completely brilliant and we’ve always felt we were in the hands of experts.
