C. M.I was able to drop my car off at the arranged time but due to work I was delayed in picking up. The centre was excellent and kept my car for me. They replaced the front windscreen efficiently and quickly.
After the glass was fitted the guys even replaced my dash cam cables properly. The windscreen quality itself is excellent and heats better than the one replaced.
The ease of booking is excellent too, they deal with the insurance for you and you just pay the excess. Good all around.
K. S.Had a chip which turned into a instant crack used Autoglass who dealt with my insurance company, I paid the excess. Got an appointment booked as my car needed a camera calibrating needed to go to an autoglass garage, very glad I chose this one (Giltbrook).
Dropped off my car, they were very friendly went over everything they needed to do advised would be a couple of hours (3 advised) and they would ring when ready.
They replaced the front windscreen, wipers and calibrated my camera. was only a 2 and a half our wait (which I used to visit the retail park) so under the advised time which is always nice!
On collection advised they had fitted my dash cam cables (as I had it from passenger side trim over the visor over the mirror to the cam) now it's from windscreen trim to camera so much better! Very happy, top quality service from some great guys.
h.Travelling to Nottingham from Newcastle I got a stone chip on my windscreen. Was only staying for the week so was going to wait until I got home but checked online and was able to get a time slot same day within two hours, Fitter 1024351 came out and done a great job couldn't even see where the chip was when he showed me

l. d.Given the current pandemic I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and service of the team. Due to them needing to prioritise key workers (and rightly so) I was placed on a wait list. Took around 6 weeks to get to my car. Because I didn't have any means of transport the staff were super quick in replacing my badly cracked windscreen. Due to social distancing guidelines their waiting area is CLOSED. if you have no choice but to wait you will be outside. Bring a chair (and brolley if weather needs it). As soon as my screen was in they gave me the car back and told me not to drive for half an hour till it set. I was glad to be comfortable. Thankyou team for a wonderful job and a safe contactless service x
W. M.Chaps were great that fitted windscreen. But they was so busy and the weather didnt help. They didnt come on day arranged 2 days late. 5/5 for the window tho.

H.Excellent staff can't do enough for you very helpful and willing to explain what's happening .. facilities need to b updated as in waiting room.. loo.. and possibly a drinks machine WiFi n TV in there as very little to do when waiting ..the staff let you use there own stuff n let you make your own tea coffee n will make you one ...I had to have cameras realined after new windscreen n this entire job windscreen cameras sensors realined could b a 3 hr job ..I was miles away from home and would of been a two hr round trip n nobody to pick me up so had to wait with the car.. thankfully as I've said they couldn't do enough for you and the job was done in extra quick time .. staff Highly recommend
