I needed my 50 y.o. Rolex repaired and was quoted an extortionate price locally to even have the work required diagnosed. Having discovered this company I had a trip to the shop and was pleasantly surprised that the watch was examined and the required work diagnosed with a quote of half the amount I’d been previously given locally. Having left my faithful friend in their capable hands I returned 5 weeks later (exactly the time I was told it would take) and I’ve got my watch back looking and working precisely as it did when I bought it all those years ago! Delighted doesn’t even come close to how I feel and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for their first class friendly service, care and pricing! They are now my number one place to suggest for quality workmanship on quality products! Heartfelt thanks to you all and long may you continue!

I took my Omega Seamaster to be serviced recently and it just wouldn’t hold time after the service. After a number of resets and a new part Nottingham Watch Repair decided to overhaul it again - without charge above the initial service. This is what makes a company outstanding and puts it above the rest. I am so glad I took it to these guys. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and patience in getting it right. Highly Recommend NWR for any servicing on watches that you care about or of value. Within 5 minutes of entering the shop my confidence to leave my watch was boosted with the professionalism and knowledge of the watch by the staff. I took a watch here today which was losing time after having a new battery fitted by a professional jeweller. The jeweller told me it would need to go back to the manufacturer if it was losing time. I found Nottingham Watch Repair online and went there. He took one look inside and saw the problem was something the jeweller had actually caused! Took him a minute to sort, and then he wouldn't take payment! What an absolute gent, and so amazingly knowledgeable. We won't hesitate to come back here for all watch repairs from now on. So refreshing to find professional service from genuine people.

I sent my Omega Seamaster GMT in for service and cosmetic refurbishment. After many years of never taking it off my wrist it was looking rather the worse for wear and was also losing about half a minute a day. All I can say is WOW!! It simply looks like a new watch. Even my wife is not convinced I haven't just bought a new one. The cosmetic condition is quite literally as new and the time keeping is back to being well within Chronographs limits. Even the bracelet looks new and the diver's part stays closed as it should, which it didn't previously. These people are the best at what they do and the pricing is very reasonable indeed. Very highly recommended.

These guys are amazing, this watch was a wedding present from my wife nearly thirty years ago.I have a-lot of nice watches but this is my favorite and wear it most the time. I was told 15 years ago Seiko were no longer able to repair it as they no longer stocked parts. l sent it to Ashley and Andy with a cracked face, only working when I wore it, and a strap and case showing 30 years of wear. When it came back i was gobsmacked, it looked like it had just been taken out the case it was unbelievable. These guys are perfectionists and so pleasant to deal with and would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have an Rotary, Breitling and Omega in my collection and I can ensure you that Andy and Ashly will be doing all my work and servicing from now on A full service, new glass, new cell and Capacitor and a full refurb on case and strap for an amazing price Well done and thank you to the Nottingham Watch Repair Lads

I decided to take my Tag watch to Nottingham Watch Repair after reading past reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I have a 26 year old Tag which had stopped working, the 3 guys in there were friendly and professional. Told me exactly what was wrong with my watch and gave me a quote. It was all ready to collect within 2 weeks. The price was the quote given £130. Super happy and I highly recommend them. (I won’t mention the safe. 😁)

Needed a repair on a watch I've had 29yrs. NWR were quick to reply to messages/emails. I've been to the usual known jewelers for service/repairs before and it not cheap and take ages to get back. At NWR my fault was found straight away when I dropped it off. The back of the watch whipped off and looked at while I stood there!! A part was needed and that was ordered. Watch fixed.. watch works.. watch was polished too. Turned around in 3-4weeks.... Due to waiting on a official part.. and me not being able to get into town to collect Very happy. This must rank as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I choose them because their website was very professional and reassuring, offering a very clear and comprehensive service for exactly what I was looking for. Having made that decision I was very quickly assured that it was the correct one, receiving a phone call two days after posting my watch, advising that it had been received and already inspected. Advised me what was required and how they would process the work, confirming the cost which was exactly in line with their advices on their website. Work was completed in line with predictions and a further phone call received to advise me of that and that it was being posted back to me, watch duly received following day. On opening package I was amazed at how great the watch looked, it was as new. These guys are extremely professional especially bearing in mind all this was done during the lockdown period, with them working from home. Watch returned to me in seven days, which includes postage and a weekend. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks
