Brilliant! Etrex 20 left unused (with leaking battery) for past five years. Dreadful state, and wouldn't charge. Cleaned, back in full working order, and returned within a week. Stored tracks going back to 2014 all recovered. These guys are good.

Here is a man that has pride in his work He explains everything to you so you understand his work ethics are outstanding He fix my Garman edge 1000 without any problems replace the screen even found a fault on the board and fixed it for me this is man I will go back to even showed me what the fault was and how he was going to fix it while I was waiting. I will give him 10 out of 10 for his work his ethics and his manners anyone that needs a repair done I suggest you go to when it comes to computers and computer related equipment thank you very much for the work you done for me. The repair to my BMW Nav VI was perfect, it needed a new touch screen.
They were out of stock of the screens when I sent the unit and it took much longer than they initially quoted for the repair to be done. They responded timely to my communications and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

This is the third time I have used these guys and take it from me they are truly amazing g they go the extra mile for customers. They have fixed TomToms for years ago and now my Ford Transit custom screen on my display that give you sat nav radio and blue tooth. True to their word genuine guys can’t thank them enough.

I could not recommend them more highly.Quite exceptional service from the very beginning of the process to a completely satisfactory conclusion to a very complex problem with my Nissan Leaf. It required the patience of a saint, very high levels of technical and practical skill and Ovi had them all!
Nissan and Clarion(who manufacture the unit) both insisted a complete unit replacement was the only solution at a cost of something in the region of £4000 !!! What was actually required was one single replacement component which could have been replaced in about 15 minutes if Clarion bothered to carry stock for a six year old vehicle.

(Translated) I sent my Garmin edge 1000, after a few days I pay for the repair.
No payment confirmation emails, no shipping emails, in short… nothing at all.
Days go by but no news, I send several emails to be informed but no reply.
I only receive an email (certainly automatic) asking me to write a review on the service.
In signing this email I find a mobile number enabled with whatsapp.
So I start writing with a person who is very open to dialogue but who tries to shift the responsibility onto the shipping company by saying that the company he works for has no responsibility.
He offers me 150 € (or pounds I don't know) which is barely enough to pay the expenses I incurred to send my device for repair.
I was almost about to contact a lawyer but luckily after 36 days of waiting my device arrived.
It is true that the fault lay with the shipping company but the customer must be 100% protected by the company.
Then they are surprised that Amazon takes the market ...
However, I put 3 stars for the availability of the operator and for the happiness that everything ended well.

Ho inviato il mio Garmin edge 1000, dopo pochi giorni pago la riparazione effettuata.
Nessuna email di conferma del pagamento, nessuna email di spedizione effettuata, insomma…niente di niente.
Passano giorni ma nessuna notizia, invio varie email per essere informato ma nessuna risposta.
Ricevo soltanto una email (sicuramente automatica) che mi chiede di scrivere una recensione sul servizio.
In firma a questa email trovo un numero di cellulare abilitato con whatsapp.
Inizio, quindi, a scrivere con una persona molto disponibile al dialogo ma che cerca di scaricare la responsabilità sulla compagnia di spedizione dicendo che l’azienda per cui lavora non ha responsabilità.
Mi offre 150€ (o sterline non so) che bastano a malapena a pagare le spese che ho sostenuto per mandare in riparazione il mio dispositivo.
Stavo quasi per rivolgermi ad un legale ma per fortuna dopo 36 giorni di attesa il mio dispositivo è arrivato.
È vero che la colpa era della compagnia di spedizione ma il cliente deve essere tutelato al 100% dall’azienda.
Poi si sorprendono che Amazon si prende il mercato…
Comunque metto 3 stelle per la disponibilità dell'operatore e per la felicità che tutto si sia concluso bene.
