Really like the simplicity of ordering online and going to collect with a fast turnaround. Sometimes there can be a bit of a queue since only one person trends to man the desk, but it's not usually too long a wait and often you're severed immediately. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

A bit daft of me not remembering that they are not a car accessories like some others. They are the real deal motor factors company, I only needed a single litre of oil, and felt a tad foolish waiting alongside people who were picking up big orders. The young lady at the counter proved to be (a) very polite and (b) very knowledgeable and helpful who did everything possible to ensure I purchased the correct item.

The only positive is the prices (as long as you order online using a discount code). The car park is always full yet the shop is empty, I assume the staff park there leaving customers to park on double yellow lines (or in B&M across the road). The staff generally have a poor level of customer service with a disinterested air about them. The whole Euro Car Parts experience has gone downhill since they moved from Walton Summit.

I use these regular so they must be ok if you get the 50% discounts but again counter staff at a minimum so stretched. The lads are good but I suspect corporate policy to maximise profits and local management prefer to sit supping coffee in back office let's them down a bit

Ordered online for click and collect. Arrived at shop, door entry buzzer sounds to alert staff that customer had just walked in... Wait 10 mins and no one comes out from office behind the sales counter. Went back to front door to open and shut it so it made entry sound again. Another 5 mins went by so actually went behind the sales counter and stuck head through staff door and asked if anyone was serving or not? Holly came from her desk and processed my order. No apologies about the wait. My children were in here with me too and could hear the men in the office swearing at each other. They obviously don't care who can hear them nor can they be arsed to serve either. Won't be coming back here again.

I'm not an expert when it come to cars and i normally needs some advice when fixing or replacing parts. After a thoroughly annoying morning spent at Halfords, euro car parts managed to identify the part, a replacement and advise me on how to fit it. I was so impressed by the staff and the prices. You've just got yourself a customer for life.
