Autoglass are the company on my insurance policy that cover for windscreen damage. I booked my appointment on the website with no problems. I chose the Hedge End site as the appointment would take a while and this location is near a major retail park. The worst part of the process for me was finding the place. The Sat Nav took me to the right place but not having the address in front of me I'd assumed I would see some signs in the Autoglass Colours directing me. When I went the company was listed on the Flanders Industrial Park Directory as LADDAW / AUTOGLASS. Turning immediately left towards unit 4 again no signage to at least reassure me I was going in the right direction. Once I found it though I personally experienced professional, courteous, customer service from Daniel who explained the process, took my number and called me when the car was ready to be collected.

After the most appalling experience with Autoglass main office administration,after having to drive 400miles with no window, and then face our window replacement was cancelled 5 times, yeap 5 times, within one week. It was with much relief i finally arrived at Autoglass Hedge end, to Marcus & his team. A friendly welcome, excellent customer service, positive explanations of the process, good communications with great education about car windows & the technology involved. Terrific job done to a high standard, staff polite & reassuring, a team who are a credit to Autoglass, the company who failed miserably with thier scheduling- - nuff said. Pau Sutton.

Easy booking, friendly service and faster than expected. Considering my appointment was expected to be 3 hours, the waiting room could do with a coffee machine. And the free WiFi didn't seem to work. Other than that, happy with the service.

Helpful and professional staff. Booked in to have windscreen replaced. Technician checked chips first and said they were only surface chips and didn't need repairing or windscreen replaced. Refund will be processed within a few days. Refreshing to meet honest and helpful people. Entrance is at back of workshop at the moment as reception closed.

I was really impressed with the excellent customer care I experienced from Autoglass Hedge End. The guy I saw got my car undercover quickly, and so out of the rain, and made every effort to be polite and friendly whilst getting my job done in just over an hour. I don't usually feel the need to give rave reviews these days but on this occasion this outlet deserve it. This person was a credit to your company.

I was a little apprehensive as to coming here based on the previous reviews. I found them incredibly helpful polite and the work was all carried out to a good standard. As for the location, although it is in an industrial estate, there are so many shops, including a McDonald’s and Burger King. A little further to walk is a huge M&S and Sainsbury’s, but there are so many other shops just a short walk away (2-5 mins) you can easily spend 2-3 hours. TK Maxx for example. The actual building unit isn’t well signposted but your sat nav will take you there and the vans with Autoglass give it away (as well as the old windowscreens) Anyway, really polite and helpful guys there.

Very hard to find place. No signs on the outside of the building. No reception desk, or customer care agent greeting customer. There is a door bell, which is not very obvious. It took about 5 minutes for somebody to see me and the member of staff said is should take a maximum of 1 hours and to wait in the waiting room, it actually took over 2 hours. There is nothing to do in the area and it it is not easily accessible by public transport. There is still glass inside of my door, and you can hear this every time it open or close the door.

Was quite sceptical based on the reviews here, but AutoGlass seemed to be only option approved with my insurer and BMW quoted £1,300+ for an original screen. Met by Marcus this morning - very reassuring despite me finding it hard to trust with jobs like this. Can’t fault their service. Calm and they were well prepared. Excellent result, video and photos before/ during/ after... like for like replacement. Can recommend whole-heartedly, well done.

From start to finish the whole process was excellent. The technician explained exactly what was being done. An OEM windscreen was fitted and camera calibration carried out all in a hour and fifteen minutes
