M. A.Really helpful and efficient, managed to get fitted in the next day as struggling to find a centre with availability before we went away on hols. As per the other reviews, the site is fairly basic, there's a portaloo and that's about it, but the town centre is a short (10 min) walk away and you can get a good coffee at Beanies. Everything done inc new Screen, camera/safety calibration and new wipers in just 90 mins.

D. M.To be honest I went with low expectations, I had been frustrated by having to book over a week in advance. But I cannot fault the service and how well they are prepared when taking Covid into consideration.
The booking delay is down to Covid and fitting people in safely. Their website said they had a small waiting area, which turned out to be a good sized area very well marked out so people could be distanced. I had to take a laptop to do work expecting to be there for between 2 to 3 hours.
The person who dealt with me was very courteous and professional, making sure that some extra parts that needed to be fitted matched correctly and ensuring I was happy with the match.
I think I was there for around 90 mins. I was very impressed by the whole set up and service I received.
m. g.I had my windscreen fixed. There is nothing bad to say, I'm amazed how good everything was I had an appointment for my windscreen to be fixed at home, but they called to inform me that I have to go to the base/depot to be fixed, I had no problem with that because I had the phone call at the time slot of my appointment, so my schedule didn't change at all. When I went there, the person I had the appointment with was on the phone so I've waited maybe 2 mins, ( I was thinking it will be more) he came and was very polite and professional, he looked at the crack on the windscreen and said to leave the car and come back in an hour. So thats what I've done came back in an hour and it was all done! I was surprised how good the job was done! I had to really look to find the spot he/ they have fixed! Amazing job guy's. So thank you all.

J. A.Really impressed with how quickly these boys changed the screen on my 320d. Dropped the car off at 0800 on a Saturday and drove away 2 hrs later at 1000.
Left the car neat and tidy after they finished working on it. Friendly attitudes and service with a smile.
