Amazing! Parts I couldn't get anywhere else were on offer with good lead time. In addition they were able to provide a part for a third of what a breakers was trying to charge me for second hand. Will definitely be going back for future purchases!

The part was wrong (Skoda offer two different parts that share the same part number). Skoda Parts direct were unable to source the correct part so need to return it. Delivery was also more than part itself, offering alternative shipping options could have helped. Customer service from Charlie in the parts department was really good and friendly.
