Quite busy at weekends but staff helpful enough. IF DRIVING PUT IN YOUR CAR REG ON THE TABLET AND KEEP YOUR ECP RECEIPT JUST IN CASE. Even though signage is apparent and in your face, I didn’t notice it until heard a disgruntled customer complaining he got a ticket from the monitored car park.

Positives: Lads in there very friendly and helpful. Negatives: I ordered on line to collect in store thinking that would be easiest. I was wrong. There was a big queue to get in, and then when I got to the front, they brought the wrong item so I had to wait again. Parking is an issue as most of the bays are full of vans from the units. If you do manage to get a parking slot, make sure you enter your details on an i-pad in store to prevent you getting a parking ticket.

Been using this store a good few years now. Staff are honest, helpful and customer friendly. Each member of staff I have interacted with both in store and the delivery drivers have delivered only excellent customer service. Online deals are often matched in store by the staff. Fast delivery for local deliveries and I've only ever had same day deliveries with no damaged goods.

Usual great service & competitive pricing, Just be AWARE of the parking restrictions at this branch !! you will get a ticket if you do not enter your Reg on arrival like i didn't .... I appealed to POPLA and won, but reading previous reviews many people were not as successful ! Parking is a nightmare at the best of times.. For these reasons i will not use this branch again, but will travel the extra couple of miles to Widnes or St Helens branches (Less Stressful)..

Staff were friendly but the queues were just too long. I can't really knock stars off for that as they're dealing with restrictions the best they can but it took a good half an hour to get to the till and then another 10 minutes to receive goods. I'm not sure why they can't have two people out front at busy times.

Very busy. But it's a Saturday and during the 50% off sale so to be expected really. Don't forget to enter your car reg. on the tablet at the door to save risking a parking fine. Polite and friendly staff.

Visited back in October for some Steelseal which I purchased for £33. Parked with difficulty into an authorised bay as half of the spaces are taken up by Euro Car Parts vans. I was waiting in a queue for 10 mins to be served but never noticed any signage that stated i had to put my vehicle registration into a tablet when entering the store, nor did staff advise me. Some weeks later received a £50 parking fine from smartparking in the post. Went back to Euro Car Parts who said just appeal with receipt, and assured me 'I would not have to pay'. Smartparking upheld the fine despite my evidence that I was there for legitimate reason. So went through Popla for further appeal. They ruled in my favour and squashed the PCN fine which would have been £100. The operator Smartparking had issued the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) due to either not purchasing the appropriate parking time or by remaining at the car park for longer than permitted. However, Popla observed the following; "The site is not a chargeable site and there is no maximum stay in operation therefore, both PCN reasons listed do not form part of the terms and conditions. Due to this I am not satisfied that the PCN has been issued for the correct reason. As such, I must allow this appeal." Will never use the car park again, although this is not Euro Car Parts fault, it's the landlords decision to install Smartparking.

I have to use euro car parts (Warrington) every so often, each time I do, the quantity is wrong or the part is wrong and I have to return on a different day. The Staff are pleasant, however you could be waiting in a queue for a short time. I ordered online on Friday, computer said available next day. I went to collect the following Wednesday and they still didn't have my full order. Just glad I checked before I left.

Purchase parts from ECP Warrington regularly. Generally good service all round, staff are great. Only downside is that you need to set aside 30 minutes to pick-up pretty much anything, whether you're getting one item or 30 they always seems to be very slow.

Only thing I would say about this branch is that there tends to be a long wait if it's busy due to small number of staff. Will obviously use again for any car parts I need. If your order online and use a discount code it's cheaper than ordering in store.
