Great customer service. Struggled to fit the part in my car. Chap in the warehouse arranged a driver to deliver to my home address. I wasn't able to select home delivery when I purchased the part on the website, so this was generous service all round.

Just the ticket, bought some dot4 brake fluid and car is happy again. Very friendly staff who answered the phone with me checking they had some in stock and when I arrived in store. There's screens up at the counter and it wasn't busy at the time, just after finishing work.

Here is a prime example of say what you mean or mean what you say. They send out texts saying start the new year with a great deal upto 40%off ehhhhh of what they just add 40% then take that off. Dear me either reduce or don't stop trying to fool us.

Being in the town centre with plenty of parking it's easy to get too. With loads of products in store, but if there ever comes a time they don't have it in store, they could probably get it within 24 hours. Euro Car Parts always have online discount codes where you can reserve your products and collect in store. Great, friendly and helpful team at Wrexham.

Plenty of parking and good use of space. Naturally these types of stores need to maximise space to sell and now ensure clear signage and pathways are shown. i do sympathise with the retailer. I didn't see any staff or customers but myself wear a mask despite the signage stating all must use one but there was antibacterial spray available again only i used this. I click and collected and found the site easy enough with a small que to get in so did have to wait but a prompt service was provided and these guys also were in the carpark checking customer cars to advise them further all part of the service. Many of these sites are bad this was an exception so we'll done whoever was in last weekend.

Excellent service. A front windscreen wiper with the wrong fitting (due to an error with Bosch fittings in the box) was sent out after an online order. They replaced the single wiper with a pair for the front. Great!

Been using this place since it opened. Very friendly and good prices. I keep my eye open for codes on the website, but to be honest the guys often find the same, or even better ones when I go in. Quick delivery and happy to take things back if I order too many or the wrong thing. Recommended..

If they ever decide to hire another guy to run the counter, I'd give this place a much better rating. Genuinely kept waiting over 30 minutes to just buy a wiper blade. Previous trips have taken about the same amount of time regardless of what you intend to buy. It may be cheap, but I just can't afford the time shopping here takes. It's truly ridiculous. This is also compounded by being able to see the phone staff though a glass window doing nothing and just watching everyone waiting. The only reason they get 3 stars is once they do eventually serve you, the advice is usually correct, and prices are great.

Andy is great on the front counter, but it would be great if you could put.more staff on the counter as it's gets busy and the wait can be ridiculous sometimes especially if you are in a rush. Try not to pick the lower priced parts if given a choice when ordering. They are cheaper for a reason.

Omg went to Halfords in Wrexham £30 for wiper blades could not believe it. Googled and found Euro Car Parts have them a quick call and was quoted £15. For our run around car this was ideal not impressed with Halfords. The ones I have from Euro Car Parts also have several attachments to fit several models of car so were ideal. Half price and brilliant service is Wrexham 👌
