Cannot recommend John enough! We got a flat on a small country road after hitting a rock. It was just past 4:30 on a Saturday so most businesses were closed. John answered quickly and was patient with us even when we had a hard time giving him our location. He picked us up and knew exactly which garage to drop off my car at that was close to my home & that would be open on Sunday for a repair. He even took us home afterwards. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My van broke down in Aberdeen, so I called J.B Recovery thinking they were a garage. John was incredibly helpful, and suggested I check a couple of things on the gearstick. When it became apparent I needed a mechanic, he called a garage that was shut (Sunday) and got me booked in for the next morning, and then called me back to confirm. I wasn't even using his breakdown service, as my insurance company sorted that. Amazing customer service towards someone who wasn't even paying for it!

Cannot recommend enough, I used JB a few months ago. My tyre had blown out and I needed to be towed. JB responded very quickly, he was very patient when I was trying to explain where I had broken down. Very professional and kind, took me to a hole in the wall, then to drop my luggage and dog home, before taking me to drop car off at garage and back home again. Both professional and fair service!!

Excellent work. I had to take a car from a garage to another as the first one could not fix it. I called a few companies and his quote was the cheapest. Excellent, courteous service and he even gave me a lift there and back home as my flat was on his way. I can totally recommend. Thanks again for everything!
