Excellent customer service! I've taken newer cars and older cars to them and both are treated with the same respect, as am I. They even offered a payment plan as I'd just lost my job. The plan is interest free and over 4 months which helped a lot. However, their prices are always the best, (trust me! I've shopped around), and they're honest & explain everything in detail before fixing. Thanks Steve and Megan. I'll be back!

i had an issue with my car and was told to go down on the same day and they managed to fix it there and then. two other garages had my car for several days and couldn't fix the issue. very happy with the price and the way i was spoken too. I will be having more work done there when my car requires it !!!

I took my car in today, the receptionist was polite and friendly offering me coffee on arrival. The Manager immediately looked at my car and was very helpful explaining in detail what needed to be done. He fixed the immediate fault whilst I waited and said to come back if I should have any further problems. My car is now driving well. Would definitely use this garage again for any future work I need doing. Thank you o

Find them very helpful and friendly. After going to a few other garages and being overcharged and things going missing or getting broken. They are nothing but helpful. Do think they need to be more careful with how dirty they get your car. I never had a car come back really dirty on the inside. But guess they would have sorted if I asked. But other then that everything is done as said and there finance option helps out alot. From the woman on the desk to the mechanics everyone is always there to do there best customer service which is so good to see. Always have a joke and a laugh while I'm waiting.

Bought a couple of tyre's from here, got a price over the phone first, but when I arrived there I was told they had made a mistake with the pricing and they were actually more expensive, although in the end they honoured the quote, I was definitely made to feel it was my fault and they were somehow doing me a favour. Not entirely impressed.

this is an excellent garage, with great friendly, polite, helpfull mechanics and staff. nothings too much trouble. keeps you updated on progress of your car while its with them. excellent customer service. very reasonable prices too.i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Automotive has been a lifesaver for me this year. The place where I bought my car closed its doors at the start of the March lock-down and provided no customer service or contact at all until July. The one that repaired my car last year was also closed due to Covid when I urgently needed an MOT. These guys were open throughout and were able to book me in at short notice. I have recently had tyres replaced and investigation of a warning light that revealed the need to replace an engine component. All 3 visits were hassle-free. The premises are operated safely (ie Covid-safe) and efficiently. The work done on my car was completed in a timely and competent manner at a very good price. More than happy. Excellent service. I will certainly be using them in the future.
