L. B.Through my insurance I went through VW Panels due to an unfortunate crash however they do help to relieve the stress. They came to collect the damaged car and provided the courtesy car at the same time. Customer service over the phone was also very good helping to keep me updated with the progress of the repair and whether it had been authorised for repair etc. Once authorised, the repair was very quick. Even when there was a slight issue, they were straight up and dealt with the issue very quickly.
My car is now back with me and looks absolutely great, cleaned in and out ontop of the work. Very happy overall. So if you have had an incident then they will take a lot of stress of your shoulders or if you are just looking for something to be done/repaired to your car then I would recommend.

Took our car in for some repairs after a failed MOT, they managed to get us booked in and get the work done very quickly!
Got quoted £150 but could possibly be £200 (in my experience, that usually means 200 minimum 😉) but it came in just over £150!
The repairs meant the paint would be uneven on the near/farside of the car but they went out of their way to match both sides which was a nice touch, also looks like some preventative maintenance work was done which I really want expecting!
Work ended up getting in the way of me picking up the car and they delivered it to my home no questions asked!
I'll Absolutley be using VW Panels again and couldn't recommend them enough!

They took care of everything on our behalf so it took off a lot of stress. They have been communicating everything and updating us on the whole process and on our car repair. We collected our car and it looked like brand new! All cleaned and looking amazing after its repair! Great customer service from the whole team, full professionalism and very helpful. S. P. N.I chose this garage through my insurance to have a claim repair completed, I was a bit worried on dropping my car in on if a good job would be done or not. To my surprise upon collecting my car and greeted by Jock, I was shocked my car looked brand spanking new again and it’s as if nothing had ever happened! For someone who has been let down a lot by other garages for work not being carried out good enough I was impressed. My car was also valeted, sparkly clean in and out! I now know that this garage doesn’t just do insurance repairs but even bodywork repairs etc. I would recommend this garage and would definitely be using this garage in future. K. U.Some (delightful) person had damaged my car and made a mess of my passenger door whilst left in a car park.
Overall a positive experience with VW Panels - friendly, helpful staff. Was able to book the repair work in fairly quickly and had a reliable courtesy car during this time. The repair work visually looks good - cannot really tell any difference between the doors!
Reason for my rating is the car went in for it's service the next day and it has been noted that there has been quite a lot of over-spray on the underbody of the car, the trims and inside wheel arches - which would indicate that the car maybe wasn't covered correctly whilst painted.
