S. E.Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. They had my car for a couple of weeks whilst it was being repaired. The arranging of my courtesy car and dropping off of my vehicle at the same time went very smoothly on both occasions. Car came back far cleaner than it went in. Can't recommend enough!
A. K.I have had my Tesla repaired through Warrens this month and I can honestly say that since the new manager and staff took over their customer services and response time has improved tremendously. Given the delays in parts all over the UK the small group of staff have worked tirelessly to get me back on the road. I am ever great full to Marcin and his team and would highly recommend Warrens to anyone.
S. M.This is my second time working with Werrens Bedford and much like the first time it has been an absolutely incredible service. I was reversed into by another vehicle in a car park and had significant scratching to my front bumper. They fully assessed the damage and quoted me very reasonably compared to others. As for the service itself, they couldn't do enough to help me and make sure I was fully satisfied with the work. They provided an excellent courtesy car and due to my very busy schedule even helped to arrange the car to be picked up and dropped off. Highly recommend! Wouldn't use anyone else.
S. W.After being rear ended on the motorway my car ended up at Werren's Bedford. It's 200 miles from where I live (in Wales!!) and I wanted it closer to home. I emailed Werren's to explain and the MD took it upon himself to contact me and reassure me they understood and it was not a problem.
It took my insurance company over a week to get their act together to get it collected. He called me every day with an update and they even stopped one recovery company from trying to drag it onto a flatbed despite them being told it needs to be lifted. It took 4 attempts for my insurance company to recover the car which was taking up space at their depot and no point was there anything but help offered.
In order to get it moved, they used their specialist Tesla knowledge to troubleshoot why the keys weren't working, to access the vehicle and assist the recovery team to load. I have no doubt that if it wasn't for their intervention, my Tesla would have been further damaged.
I'm actually quite gutted that it has now moved closer to me as I have built up a lot of trust with this business.
Despite me moving my car elsewhere for repair, and them not getting a penny in payment, this comany gave me 1st class service during a stressful time - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

S. S.Took my car in for a minor repair. It was a fault with the closing / fitting of the rear tail gate of my VW Arteon which the main dealer couldn’t fix. I contacted Warrens the authorised VW body shop and they done an amazing Job, they were super helpfull and repaired it in half an hour. It now looks the same as when it came out the showroom…. I wouldn’t use anyone else
