I recently purchased a used Jaguar XE from Belfast Audi and have to say that it was the most pleasurable car purchase experience I have ever made. Was made to fell very welcome by my salesman Chris Crawford and his crew. And when collecting my car from him my wife was not only impressed with the car but also the large bunch of flowers that she received. I can highly recommend Belfast Audi and especially Chris Crawford. I will not hesitate in coming here again when I next purchase a car.

Like others, seems to be lacking good numbers of used cars. Showroom very distinctive both inside and out. Paul was great salesperson - hard to bargain with but very helpful. Felt that staff and customers were sitting on top of each other - would have preferred more space. Guy close enjoyed his chewing gum so much. Lovely cars and enjoyed coffee.

I visited the showroom today with my daughter. Our sales rep was Chris Crawford and he was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Place is ok but when you go to other car showrooms sandwiches and tray bakes are available, here you get a tiny piece of shortcake, maybe if there was less money spent on flower arrangements then extra food could be available especially when you have to wait hrs for your car to be fixed. On the plus side staff are lovely

I could only say good things about our visit to Audi Belfast last night. We arrived late afternoon and (after a rather lovely latte) Michael gave us a comprehensive tour of the A1 which he had brought round for us, followed by a test drive. He then parked it in the brightly lit workshop for us to look at in detail. Then followed several conversations in the showroom again to discuss finance options, thus meaning that Michael was almost the last member of staff left in the building! As a result of his perceptive questions to us, and intelligent answers to our questions, we are now Audi converts and as of today the proud owners of an A1.

Ok, so... Let's face it. Audi have a certain standard to live up to... the class of the showroom and the staff must be audi level and it doesn't disappoint. Spoke with David about my options, showed me the car, treated with respect and manners while being genuine and funny. The showroom is typically audi, attention to detail is brilliant and makes you feel a little...hmmm...dare I say "upper class". Everyone needs to feel like that when buying an audi. I have driven Audi for quite a few years. The saying hoea; you get what you pay for. For sure l, leaving your car into Audi will not be cheap. The service you get however, is seconds to none. Staff extremely polite, helpful and very professional. Have dealt with them several times before and excellent service. So I am surprised my experience this time. My car was sent Portadown Audi sat for 3 days nothing done. Then booked into Belfast Audi on Monday 17th March. I was assured car would be ready at 4pm upon booking. Upon arrival at Belfast Audi at 8am I was informed car would be ready next morning. Late that afternoon I was informed it would be 12 mid day before car would be ready. At mid day I phoned to check up on car. I was informed that car was still not sorted maybe Wednesday. There was a frank exchange of words. I was suddenly informed that car would be ready at 3pm hopefully. At 4pm I phoned 3 times and was told car was ready. After spending a lot of money over the last 6 years in Agnews Audi I would think twice about returning to do anymore deals. Sales after care was poor. May look at Country Garages or Audi Edinburgh in future. Sorry Audi Agnews
