I don't think I've had a better customer service experience for a long time. I got 2 new doors fitted and unfortunately 1 of them wasn't sealed properly. When I contacted Leah and explained the situation and it was passed on to Paul to sort out. They're help and communication from start to finish was first class in my opinion. Cannot fault anything Hursts did from start to finish. Thanks again for an excellent service 😁

A very conscientious and high quality job of restorative painting, polishing and application of protective film by David Nelson and his team, including Paul Quigley and Robert Jefferson. Great to have such personable communication as well throughout the process.

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt that on this occasion it was only right that I gave some credit where it is due . I have used Charles Hurst accident repair on numerous projects from getting rims refurbished to getting my daughters Audi A1 roof wrapped black etc. The service is outstanding and the quality of work is impeccable and also at a very affordable standard . Like most other people who assume that because it’s Charles Hurst it will be unaffordable trust me this is not the case they are extremely competitive. I would like to especially mention Paul and Ricky who have been very helpful and informative suggesting ideas , colours etc and with a great level of communication .

I just collected my partner’s vehicle after having accident repair damage carried out at Charles Hurst and I just want to say a massive thanks to all the staff involved in repairing our vehicle. On collection, I couldn’t even tell it was involved in an accident. So thank you all for the experience and a special thanks to Maria who looked after us throughout. Charles Hurst also carried out a minor service on our car at a very reasonable price so once again thank you. I hope we’re not in the position again but I would definitely recommend Charles Hurst to family and friends.

This is a fantastic repair centre. When I rang about my car, they organized a company to deal with the third party insurance and hire car which is a really great service. They also picked the car up from my house!!! I was kept updated on the repairs and it was ready on the date they said it would be. To top it all off it was delivered back to me again by the friendly professional driver. A special mention for Leah who works there. She has first class customer service skills, is very professional and arranged the delivery and pick up of my car which I appreciated greatly. My car is as good as new- top class workmanship on the repair. I am a very happy customer and wouldn't let another garage work on my car.
