Work seems to be a 100%, cost was good enough too. Only issue which is a big enough one, is I wasn't told there was no waiting room. I had to sit outside the front for two and half hours. Lucky the weather was OK, if it was raining I would of had to cancel and I was told I would loose my deposit.

I can't rate this place highly enough - they just did the towbar on my new discovery and did an absolutely brilliant job. Towbar itself is so neat and tidy, plus they offer a warranty check 12 months after fitting. The lady on the phone for booking was so helpful, price was very competitive and the guys themselves in the workshop were also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended 😊

I thought I’d reviewed this place already but apparently not. The service was second to none, very helpful staff, very accommodating, a good price and most importantly the tow bar appears to be working a treat. I simply booked the appointment, the folks fitted the tow bar, explained a few bits and pieces, and I went on my merry way. Should I need another tow bar for another car I’ll definitely be getting it from these folks.

Very grateful to all in Towbars NI for their help and generosity in helping very short notice with a faulty towbar. My wife and I had scheduled a holiday and whilst hitching up encountered a problem with the electrics. Despite being fully booked on a Friday afternoon Towbars NI advised us to bring the car down and they would assess the problem. They stayed after work to fix the problem on one of the hottest weekends of the year so that we didn’t miss our holiday! We cannot thank you enough, your business is above and beyond in terms of customer service!!

After ringing quite a few other tow bar fitters and some of them advised me that i couldnt fit a tow bar to my ST Mondeo I contacted Towbars NI got a really good price i came down and was met by the friendliest people was offered tea/coffee the tow bar was fitted in no time at all a first class job and will definitely come back when i need another one fitted. I would highly recomend these people if your in need of a tow bar :)
